My Review of Honda of Keene:
I was looking to trade in my Honda Accord for a new CRVand was referred by my daughter that Honda of Keene was the place to go so we drove 1 1/2hours to get there. The staff was very knowledgable and very accomodating to all my needs. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with out a hassle.or pressure to buy. I was able to drive a variety of models to ensure that the CRV was going to be a fit for me. It was a very enjoyable experience as often decisions are wanted on the spot and pressure of missing a deal is at risk. Jason Mclean made sure that if I wanted time to think that would be fine the offer would still be on the table. I went home thought about it and called back in the morning to seal the deal. Upon picking up the car all necessary paperwork was complete and ready to sign. They were very organized and had great follow through. There were no surprises. Jason I thank you and your staff for a pleasant experience and count on me to refer your dealership to all our friends here in MA.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
Over a lengthy period of 7 months while I was deciding to buy a CR-V, George was very patient with my questions and my prodding on price. While not initially the lowest price amongst the dozen dealers I requested quotes from, they were among the lowest. George quickly matched the lowest price while including their offering of a lifetime powertrain warranty. When I actually purchased the vehicle from them, there were no surprise fees or high pressure tactics. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal.

I purchased my pre-owned Honda Accord from Honda of Keene and the General Manager Jason really impressed me. He assisted me in getting the financing that I needed, and the staff really treated me as family. I would recommend Honda of Keene to anyone I meet.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
I recently had my Civic in for service, and needed some new tires. I was so happy with the way that Russ, the manager handled my needs. The prices on the snow tires were lower than others in town, and the experience as a whole was very good. I bought my Civic here, but did not think the service would be so great!

My Review of Honda of Keene:
This dealership has the most unbelievable tactics I've ever experienced. I have brought my car in to have warranty service done and have been stonewalled from the start. After sitting for over an hour, Shawn came in and told me that they "ran a diagnostic" and "didn't find any problems" so they didn't do any work. THis warranty was supposed to include a free oil & filter change and a tune up. He said they had to order parts and could I come back on Monday. (A Honda DEALERSHIP had to order parts for a TUNE UP?) He said he'd call on Monday morning to tell me when to bring the car in. No call. I called and left a message with Maureen, his sidekick in the "Service" department. No return call. Also, while I was waiting there on Friday, the day they "ran the diagnostic," I witnessed Maureen in the most shameless strongarming of, literally, a "little old lady" who (supposedly) needed brake work. She quoted an outrageous price to have 2 drums machined and new brake pads for 2 wheels. $350?! More than DOUBLE what it is done for perfectly well at Midas. The woman balked and was undecided. Maureen leaned in and said "It's a light day (so why couldn't they do my oil change?) and we can put two techs on it for you and get it all done." She kept pressing. The lady held her ground and caved only to having new wipper blades put on (to the tune of $42!!) For WIPER BLADES. These people should be shut down. DO NOT buy a car or have one serviced at Honda of Keene, NH!!
