I was recently in Honda of Kenosha - a place where I purchased the vehicle in 2016 and have had service completed solely since the beginning. I worked with the service advisor Joe Valente and have for a while. I requested a simple oil change and tire rotation. Other services were recommended and completed as well - totaling over $700. However, they were unable to complete the tire rotation due to the fact that the technician could not get one of the wheel locks off. This has been an ongoing issues for several years and have often found myself with a loaner vehicle because they couldn't figure it out in a timely manner. This time, Joe told me they were having issues again, provided a loaner vehicle, said they would order different wheel locks and to come back the next day. The following day I received a phone call from Joe saying the new wheel locks didn't fit and they could not complete the simple service request. Shouldn't that have been spec'd out prior to ordering? When I asked what I could do about it, he offered no other option. Simply stating "I don't know what to tell you." Unacceptable as a Service Advisor. They left the cracked wheel lock tool in my cup holder and I was left with no answer or solution. For Honda of Kenosha to ultimately tell me they now can't do a simple service when they sold me the vehicle in the first place is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed.
