After a bad experience at another dealership, I was a bit skeptical not to mention had low hopes for me finding a car, since another dealership pretty much told me I could not get a better deal elsewhere and skeptical not to mention had low hopes for me finding a car, since another dealership pretty much told me I could not get a better deal elsewhere and I should be grateful they are working with me. My intuition set in and I walked. I was referred to this dealership, and everything I felt about car buying experience went out the window, both Matt and Chuck were incredibly easy to work with, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and I truly felt they were looking out for my best interest. They weren't pushy, and willing to work with me. I was told by another dealership that I couldn't get a NEW car, I left Honda of Kenosha in a 2012 Honda Civic. I left there feeling great and I now have a great car. It was well worth the trouble to drive out of state to this dealership. Thank you so much Matt and Chuck, also the staff at Honda of Kenosha! I maybe a Honda driver for life! More
I was completely blown away by the professional, honest, and attentive way my service issue was handled by Matthew McCoy at Honda of Kenosha. Also, he predicted exactly what repairs were needed, how long it would take, and the steps required to complete the repairs. His daily updates were extremely reassuring, too. I will trust him with any and all service needs for my Honda Crosstour in the future. The service tech assigned to the job, Julio, went above and beyond to make sure my specific questions were answered, and he did an excellent job on the repairs. When he was finished, my Crosstour ran better than the day I bought it. Thank you so much, Matthew and Julio. More
I've been going to Honda of Kenosha for about 2 years now, and I'm just now writing a long overdue review. Every time I've visited the dealer for repair, I've had nothing but the best service. MATTHEW MCCOY is the adviser who I always go through for all of my vehicles and always provides me with all the best possible and cost efficient solutions when I'm experiencing troubles with my vehicle. Down to earth guy, and he's all about the customer. I've gone to a few other dealers before (Wilde, Gentil, Rosen), and Matthew has probably been the best adviser I've had so far. (Let alone Honda of Kenosha being the best dealer I've been to). To sum it all up, I always receive 5 star service when I'm at Honda of Kenosha. Customer service is always good, the work itself is always good, and everyone at the dealer is always friendly. Thanks, Paul More

Classic Bait and switch with dealer. We have 2 seperate incidents with this dealer with all bad experiences. 1st time was to have service done on a warranty on the honda accord. The oil pump went out and w incidents with this dealer with all bad experiences. 1st time was to have service done on a warranty on the honda accord. The oil pump went out and was covered under warranty, but then they wanted to charge me $45 for an oil change. Then we go to buy a car, and talk through their online chat portal, talked about the specific model and stock number listed on their website, and then even talked to the manager that night on the price. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am, next day, and as soon as we walked in, he started backing away on the price, and offered up one model down for the price we agreed on through chat and on the phone. Then when we tell him to then write up the lower model, he back out of that deal as well. Look at their BBB and all their complaints are sales tactics. I will be filing my compliant. More
Anthony Lee was the best salesman I've run into in 51 years of car buying (almost 20 cars). Just a really nice guy who didn't pressure me in any way. We got a couple of scratches on the vehicle on the 2nd day of ownership and Anthony went out of his way to get the dealership to repair the damage at no cost to me, something I never asked for or expected. The facility is as good as it gets. Everyone I talked to during the purchase process, and since, has been wonderful and helpful. And there's a bunch of benefits to buying at Kenosha Honda that really amount to something..., free car washes, oil changes, etc.. I will go back when I need another car and will recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Run away from here. Their dealership motto seems to be over-promise and under-deliver. Words guarantee, no problem and we'll get it for you are not matched with requisite action. After not getting call backs about our closing sale, even though he was reportedly around and I was calling his cell #, Anthony failed to even be there when we picked up our vehicle. It could be because he promised things they ultimately weren't able to do. There are more reliable, more personable dealerships in the greater Kenosha area. More
We went to Honda of Kenosha to purchase a used vehicle for our family as we recently had a family addition and were wanting more room. Keri Hermann took the time to LISTEN to what we were looking for (something that we hadn't experienced at other dealerships in the area) and also UNDERSTAND that we needed to stay within a certain price range (something that other sales people at other dealerships didn't). We were shown a variety of used vehicles that best suited what we were looking for, and were also given the option of leasing a brand new vehicle, something we had thought about but never thought we could afford. Keri took the time to explain both options to us, and when all was said and done we realized that the Honda leasing program is more amazing than any other we had ever heard of. We are now the proud 'owners' of a 2012 Accord SE, something that we never thought was possible. We have complete peace of mind with our vehicle, and know that Honda of Kenosha is going to take the best care of us in the next 3 years (and beyond since we will only be doing business with Keri from now on!!). Keri made the process so simple, and she was incredibly efficient. We were never left just waiting, and she was great with our daughters that we had along for the trip as well. Thank you Keri and Honda of Kenosha for such a great experience and an amazing vehicle!! We will be seeing you again! More
