DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This dealership has a great service department, but sales manager is a JERK! I recently relocated from Texas, and needed to trade in my late model Toyota, for something newer an service department, but sales manager is a JERK! I recently relocated from Texas, and needed to trade in my late model Toyota, for something newer and more fuel efficient. The salesman, Greg was a great guy, but his butthead boss refused to give me a decent amount for a trade-in, and tried to rip me off by pushing me to buy an older vehicle than I was TRADING! I finally went to Duteau Chevrolet, where I was sold a 2009 Honda with 22,000 miles in mint condition. It is ludicrous that I had to go somewhere else to buy a Honda, because of a rude sales manager. If this dealership were the last one on earth, I would NEVER buy from them! Do yourself a favor, drive to OMAHA. Their Honda franchise is better! More
Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. I took my CRV in to have it's first oil change, and to have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever, AND my first oil change was free!!! I was also impressed with how clean the entire service area, including the service bays were, and they vacuumed out my CRV at no charge. Why can't all service departments be this clean and efficient?!! More

First Visit with Scott Reineke was very friendly & knowledgeable on the CRV. Let us drive a 2011 & 2012.we liked them both,Scott did not pressure us in amy way.We decided on the 2011 because of the in knowledgeable on the CRV. We came back on our second time and it was Scott's day off, Dave Karas filled in. Dave also was friendly. We negotiated on a CRV with Dave and Zack Alexander felt no pressure,settled on a price and the tread in price of our car. No let me go back to the manager to see about the price ( Which I really don't like going back and forth from sales person then sales manager). They found a color my wife wanted from a different dealer,same price. Scott Barr was the Financial person also friendly. Went over all the paper work, made sure the wife and I understood everything.He took his time like we were the only customers there. I recently leased my first car, CRV. Williamson Honda has set a very high standard for my car buying experience. My dad and I went to look at SUV's and we had the pleasure of working with Ryan Roberts. has set a very high standard for my car buying experience. My dad and I went to look at SUV's and we had the pleasure of working with Ryan Roberts. He introduced me to the CRV's and really was concerned of what I wanted in a car. We test drove a 2011 and 2012 CRV. They have a beautiful facility with a large heated garage which allowed me to take a close look at all of the CRV features. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. I never once felt pressured to buy a car from the staff. Ryan made me feel that he genuinely cared about what it was I needed in a car in the price range that was suitable for me. I completed the purchase with Brian Kreuzberg which was also a very positive experience. Brian was willing to go above and beyond for whatever it was I needed to ensure a good experience with the CRV. He did a wonderful thorough job of explaining the ins and outs of the SUV, I knew any question I had concerning the car, he would know the answer. I felt so comfortable and respected throughout the whole experience. Brian was in no rush at all to get to the next customer. He made absolutely sure that I knew everything I needed to know about the car to keep me safe. He made sure to let me know that if I ever have any questions or concerns to call him and he would help me out. I would highly recommend Williamson Honda. I know I will be back! More
