Quick, Complete, and Friendly I went to the express service lane without an appointment at around 2PM. The service representative took only my first name; I bought the vehicle there four years ago, so she did not need a lot of information from me. She told me it would be about 45 minutes and gave me a handheld device that would page me when the vehicle was ready. I went to the waiting area with my laptop to work using their free wifi. When the pager notified me that the car was ready, the service representative informed me of three items that will need replacement within the next few months, but there was no high pressure up-sell. She also let me know a cost effective way to address some of the items. I really appreciate that I can now plan my service expenditures over the next few months. More

Regular Service and Warranty Service I had a regular oil change plus a new engine air filter was recommended. Main reason for visit was some warranty service done. Something needed to be replaced on a rear axle. The van was needed for couple of days and I was given an Accord to drive from Thursday to Saturday. Van was ready when promised. Express service had me in and out in about an hour and a half. Judy told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimate before the service, other than the oil change, was done.
