We had an incredibly negative experience at Honda of Mahwah. We were misled about OTD prices and were repeatedly kept waiting by the person helping us while she sat talking to the guys behind the sales Mahwah. We were misled about OTD prices and were repeatedly kept waiting by the person helping us while she sat talking to the guys behind the sales desk before we could even get a price on a car we were ready to purchase. We had confirmation we could get the car at MSRP from a farther dealer and told them upfront we were not interested in anything higher. After finally getting the OTD price it was well over the price we told them we’d pay when we walked in (5k over msrp plus several thousand in dealer add ons) and took over an hour. We went to the other dealer and walked out with a CRV at msrp and were treated much more respectfully. Would recommend avoiding this dealer due to the lack of respect for customers and slimy tactics which were even worse than the inflated prices. More
