Bought in for oil change and regular 7,500 maintenance a few months ago. Got a ride home no offer for ride back. All day they had. Was told that my service plan I got didn’t cover the maintenance only the o few months ago. Got a ride home no offer for ride back. All day they had. Was told that my service plan I got didn’t cover the maintenance only the oil change which was different than what I was told when I bought car in White Plains. Was annoyed but paid. Just bought car to White Plains a couple of weeks ago and service was covered. So New Rochelle ripped me off. White Plains also offered me ride home both ways. New Rochelle is a lot closer. After New Rochelle made me pay for service they ordered a part that was under warranty. I had to call to see if it came in. I made an appointment and they said not to worry could wait would take 15-20 minutes. They were extremely crowded and took over 2 hours because they said people called out. I told them they should call people because I could have come in another day rather than wait two plus hours inside because too cold outside. This was during COVID and felt so uncomfortable being inside for that long. Bottom line don’t go to New Rochelle Honda Service. More

I would like to thank Bobby Garcia....He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I was given a time frame of 2-3 pm. About 2 weeks ago my wife when to the service department for an oil change and an alignment, after taking to Orlando she told him that she had a discount on the oil change, them he told my wife that the dis for an oil change and an alignment, after taking to Orlando she told him that she had a discount on the oil change, them he told my wife that the discount was only for synthetic oil motor - our car is a 2019 HRV so I know for a fact that is synthetic- they lie about this - them he follow by telling her that the alignment was going to cost around $179 that in fact is a little to expensive price for an alignment my wife decided that she was not going to do it because it will take to long so she was taking to the service guy and he just get up and left taking by her self - ( that's was really rude ) after that I call at the service department to file a complaint they said a manager was going to call me but until now (almost 2 weeks)a have not receive that call. I took back the car for the oil change, tire rotation (since we were getting the alignment done) and valancing and the alignment last Saturday, it took around 4 hours to get it back the whole thing cost me around $210, but when I noticed the tires where never rotated it and the alignment was done incorrectly (if it was done) have my doubts because if you let the steering wheel go the car goes to the right so they left it worse than before. In other word I just paid $210 for an oil change it’s just a ripped off from the service department. I'm still waiting for the call to resolve this and I will ask for my full refund and cannot let this go because they cheating the customer and I’m wasting time going back to the dealer that you added gas money plus working time off. Posting this on behalf of my mother. This dealership has done nothing but play games on performing warranty work for her 2019 Honda Passport. Between them and corporate it’s been nonstop game of smoke and m done nothing but play games on performing warranty work for her 2019 Honda Passport. Between them and corporate it’s been nonstop game of smoke and mirrors. They can’t not explain condensation in her headlights and will not warranty on a vehicle with less than 10 thousand miles. Yet cannot give us proof in writing as to you why this issue on a 40 thousand dollar vehicle is not covered. So Kudos to Honda of New Rochelle you just lost not one but 2 customers for any future service or purchases. Your service manager Bill Carlucci has not returned her phone calls for the last week. With a claim of calling back and he never does. Thank you for ensuring we will never do business with this dealership again. More

If im a good driver i should be fine mind you i dnt even have 6 months with the car. Asked for the generals manager number or email he couldn’t provide me with none of the information i asked him. He said they don’t use emails and they don’t have CEO. I hope honda has a good lawyer. More
On December 26 2019 brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, that’s when discovered that the engine cover was missing. I have been calling Honda and getting nothing but the run around and nasty people. Then I was told to speak to Bill Carlucci he is the service manager that could help me with this problem. Left a few messages for him and still no call back from him I get a call from Honda that they want to buy back (which means trade in) for my truck because it has low mileage. And their used car lot need vehicles. I want my engine cover. I paid for that when I bought my truck. It was included in the price. They have a sign in the showroom that they are number 1 I sales and Service and satisfaction. LOL. I would never buy are recommend this place to anyone. They are very nasty don’t return calls transfer you all over the dealership. Or even hang up on you And tell you that you hung up. And my truck has the gasoline smell again !!!! More
