Reggie, young man that offered assistance was awesome.I explained that I was turning in my lease in a few weeks and wanted to move from an SUV to a sedan He educated me on the options. Although I was sold on the make and model, my husband wanted me to look at the Lexus. I was upfront with Reggie. We were waiting for 2018 models to arrive, but in the essence of time, I decided on the 2017, which offered better discounts! He continued to search for the car with the specifications I wanted, supply was limited, yet he and his colleague, OZ located one out of state and went out of their way to make a deal for me and get the car for me! Reggie stayed in tough thought the process with text and photos, never pressured me, and in the end OZ stated that it was important to retain me as a customer since this was my 3rd lease with Honda, be even threw in 2 free oil changes. We were primarily just there to "look" & get a ballpark idea about numbers & trade in value of her 2005 Cadillac. Unexpectedly, she ended up leasing a 2017 Civic. We were able to negotiate a deal with Suzanne's guidance & she was extremely patient and facilitated a smooth closing. She even found something that was left in the old vehicle, which made my mother extremely happy. I would highly recommend Suzanne at this dealership. More
