Best dealer to deal with Have been to around 5 dealers in Laurel, Columbia, and surrounding areas. This one is the best I've been to, and also where I bought my Odyssey18. Reg Have been to around 5 dealers in Laurel, Columbia, and surrounding areas. This one is the best I've been to, and also where I bought my Odyssey18. Reggie is a polite, nice, and friendly gentleman to talk to, who really consider what you need. The top managers are not so friendly in general, but you don't deal with them a lot. The dealership is kid friendly as well. Has a small area of little kids, and coffee is served as well. I am not a coffee drinker, but this usually gives me a good impression compared to those dealers where you can't even get a sip of water. More

Happy with my purchase Kean was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He is now my go to sales person. Even when my vehicle wasn't available when I wanted it because of the recent hurricanes, Kean worked with his supervisor to find another color that I was comfortable with and drove to Frederick to pick it up for me that night. When I saw the vehicle the next day, I was very pleased! More

Honda's best team Matt Prout (manager), Larry (Duke) Brooks (finance manager) and Derek Gould salesman Never before have I been treated so good at a dealership. I came Matt Prout (manager), Larry (Duke) Brooks (finance manager) and Derek Gould salesman Never before have I been treated so good at a dealership. I came in and was greeted by Matt who was very professional, listened to what I wanted, then introduced me to Derek Gould . The professionalism was only to be continued. The (2) found me the perfect preowned Honda. Then I was turned over to the finance manager, normally this is where your heart and stomach do flips. Mr Larry made me feel so relaxed, walked me through every aspect of the financing and paperwork that it was as easy as buying a bicycle. He explained every detail and asked if I had any questions. Then after Mr. Derek delivered my car and made sure I knew how everything worked, Mr Larry called me at home to ask how the vehicle performed and said come back anytime if I needed assistance. K. Horrible Experience In February of 2017, I purchased a used Dodge Challenger from Honda of Owings Mill. I have had nothing but problems with the car since I purchased it. In February of 2017, I purchased a used Dodge Challenger from Honda of Owings Mill. I have had nothing but problems with the car since I purchased it. Some of the major problems I have been experiencing with the vehicle is the car not starting, the dashboard lights are on all the time, and I have bald tires (which were supposedly brand new tires). I was charged $3,000 more than the asking price online because they claim they put new tires on the vehicle along with some other maintenance. I reached out to the GM Sudip Gupta about the problems with the car. Sudip asked me to come to the dealership with the car and informed me not to worry about anything. He stated when you buy a car from them they take care of you. After they analyzed the car and figured out what they thought was wrong, I spoke with Tim Hardiek who is the assistant service manager. Tim Hardiek has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. He told me I was out of my 3-month warranty and they had to send the car to Dodge for proper diagnostics. I explain to Tim that I have been calling and coming up to the dealership for months, so it is not fair to say I am out of the warranty. Your fellow employees told me they could not help me because it was a Dodge car. Tim informed me they would not do anything about the tires because they put new tires on the car when I purchased it. I asked Chris Scripture the service manager to provide me the receipt for the tires, and he provided me a piece of paper that just said the tires brand name and said four new tires. On the receipt, my car was listed as a White Challenger. This by far does not prove you placed new tires on my car. I requested from Chris the actual copy of the tires receipt which included, price, place of purchase, and DOT number. The second receipt Chris provided stated my car was a Black Challenger. I know that is the original receipt because when I first bought my car to service, they thought my car was black. My car has always since the day I purchased it been White. They did not make the correction until I informed them of the error. On the first receipt given to me they change the color of the car to my cars actual color. The second receipt Chris highlighted some numbers and provided some prices. However, he did not provide me the DOT number. None of the numbers on the second receipt that Chris circled matched any numbers on my tires. I followed up with Chris and asked for the DOT number so that I can properly identify the tires. He responded by telling me MD inspection has not required DOT numbers in 10 years. Which had nothing to do with the matter. I was not given any information to properly identify the tires I have on my car are the new tires they charged me extra money for when purchasing the vehicle. The Dodge tech they sent my car to for service stated that the tires look like someone has been drag racing and doing donuts. I do not drag race or do donuts. I found that information interesting because the salesman Branden told us after purchasing the vehicle, the previous owner use to race in that car but traded it in for a family car. Not sure why you would tell someone purchasing a vehicle that. The Dodge tech also let me know one of the reasons all my dash lights had been on is because the tire sensor light was messed up. Everything is going back to the tires that are supposedly brand new. Sudip was a big help and informed me they would take care of all the issues I had with the car. I would like to thank him for getting all the other problems with the vehicle resolved. However, Chris was the total opposite, and I was really disappointed with the treatment and lack of assistance I received from him. Chris has yet to address why the receipts have two different car colors on them or provide any identifying information. I have never received such poor customer service from any service department from any other dealership. I would never buy a car from them again nor would I ever recommend anyone to buy a car from them. I feel like I am being cheated and keep getting a bunch of nonsense and disrespect. If they are making a big deal about me saying my tires are not new, I would hate to see what they would of did if my engine had failed. They would rather lose a customer instead of resolving the problem. More

Mark is the most knowledgeable, calm, no pressure sales person I have ever dealt with and makes the buying process painless. Even though I truly believe that Honda makes the best car available, Ising Mark as my advisor only strengthens my belief that I am getting the best car at the best price. I particularly like Mark's honesty is I go astray with inrealistic expectations. A great guy!! More
