In the question below, I'm asked which thing makes me most anxious: Getting matched up with the right salesperson; agreeing on a fair price for the vehicle; availability of the car I want; speed of purchase transaction; or quality of the dealership facility. ALL of these issues are potentially anxiety-provoking, but if you have the right salesperson, everything else can be mediated or eliminated altogether. I had the right salesperson in Kevin DeFord. Everyone else was tremendously knowledgable, genuinely nice, professional & helpful. It was the best vehicle-buying experience I have ever had! More
