Excellent As I was walking to the dealership, the sales representative was very courtiers with a small that assured me that he is ready to help. He shock my hand and looked at me directly, asking me, how he can help me. I explained that I am looking a car. but I must stay within my budget. The representative had different option just to fit my budget. we sat down and looked through the used and new cars, and also leasing option. He also walked me to the lot for both used and new car. I did not purchase my car on that day but I was convinced that I will return back on Friday and purchase my car. He called me the following day just to follow up. I returned to the dealership on Friday in mind knowing what I really want to purchase. The sales representative again walked me through all the options that I had. drove two cars for me to decide which car. I am more comfortable buying. He truly made my purchase more enjoyable. Great Experience!!! I decided it was time to break down and buy a new car. I knew Hondas are reliable and took a little time to look at several models and colors online. I decided it was time to break down and buy a new car. I knew Hondas are reliable and took a little time to look at several models and colors online.I had an appointment at another dealership for Saturday morning. Decided to stop past Honda of Owings Mills on my way home. I was greeted in a friendly manner by everyone I came in contact with. Dezmon Parker was my salesman. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to the things I mentioned wanted and picked the perfect car. He took time to show me how everything works and took me on a nice test drive.I never felt rushed or stressed. Before stopping at the dealership, I had an idea how much I would be willing to pay for different models. There was only a $49 difference in price. I had not planned on buying a car that night but it was so perfect, I had no choice. I picked up my new Honda Civic Ex-L the next morning. It was clean and ready to hit the road. I was worried this was going to be a headache but it turned into a very pleasant experience. I sure hope they are all right there when I need to buy my next car. P.S. Did I mention how much I love my car. LOL More
