Our credit was not the best but, none the less, we needed a vehicle. Brandon showed us the type of car we were interested in and then we sat down to do the paperwork to see if we could get the financing. We were approved for the car we wanted and our payments were so low that we will probably be able to double up payments to pay it off extra early. Brandon is very knowledgeable and personable. Larry, in finance, explained everything clearly and as painlessly as possible as we signed, but we already knew what he was talking about because Brandon was so thorough! Overall this was the most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had! I will be a repeat customer! More

I personally have bought 2 cars from Honda of Owings Mills in the last 4 years and it all starts with a salesman that doesn't give me the run around. The salesman I've dealt with for my 2 purchases was Mark Honkofsky. Mark is the same salesperson that my daughter was working with as well. Mark not only started with the best price he could give her, but it also was the lowest when I compared the price to other Honda dealerships. Mark was also very professional and thoroughly took the time to explain every aspect of the new Honda Civic that my daughter was buying. His was kind and patient and that's exactly was a new car buyer needs for their first purchase. He also mentioned that if there was anything she didn't understand to feel free to stop in the dealership at a later date and he would happily answer her questions. The last step in the car buying process was to meet with the finance director who was Lane Pijpers. Lane really took the time to explain the best payment options and wasn't pushy on the upsells which made the overall experience that much better.
