Even the fact that it took longer than I expected wasn't stressful because everyone made sure to check in with me and talk to me and help make the time pass in productive ways by doing as much as we could while we waited for someone to be available. Even the finance portion of my purchase (ALWAYS the most stressful part of anything) was handled efficiently and with great service without making me feel pressured or weird about anything that was happening (Many thanks to Dawn). With all of the horror stories about buying a car, my expectations weren't very high and I was nervous to begin with, but overall my experience was WORLDS better than I anticipated. More

Excellent service and time saving car purchase Yesterday we purchased 2017 Honda CRV from Honda of Owings Mills. If any one want to purchase Honda in entire DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Vir Yesterday we purchased 2017 Honda CRV from Honda of Owings Mills. If any one want to purchase Honda in entire DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) they must check with this dealer after getting all the best offers form other dealers. We drove all the way form Germantown after checking the base price with Michael Baker (He is the best). All we did is exchanged some emails and phone calls, he confirmed the deal with his manager Mr. Q (Nice cool simple person) and we drove there for about 1 hr. Entire paper work was done in less than 2 hours, including financing. We did not took car immediately with us, as we asked to install some additional options and did not want to bring it back from Germantown there. Finance Director Leendert is nice and friendly and gave us most information in minimum time. Scoot Staley took care of our car for installing the options and called us back when it was ready. When he came home that afternoon he was so excited about the car and the deal he was quoted I was surprised. You see he was a salesman for a good part of his career.. unfortunately my Thursday was full so I was not able to see and test drive the car until Friday. After working with Melvin and Mr. Sue,, talking with the rest of the staff needed to complete the sale, off I went with my new car. He make sure I was a happy customer. When I went into my new car he make sure to explain all the features of my new car. Made sure to clean and put gas in my car before I left. He also has been in contact with me to make sure everything was going ok with the car. I told him I couldn't take my drivers plate back for a couple days,, he offered to take the plate back so I wouldn't not miss any work. Mike was very professional . He would always smile . The other 2 people I liked was Q, and Eboni Joseph. They were very professional . Q, got me a great deal. He worked very hard to help me and my sister get a great price for our cars.. The other person was Eboni Joseph so so nice . Eboni, sat down and was very pleasant and professional explained everything we needed to know . I enjoyed talking to her. John , General Manager was very nice, he spoke to me and showed me some cars. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied. The dealership I would recommend it to other people looking for a new car. Making it happen no matter what I had received a loan from my credit union, and I went to Honda owings mills because I had a previous positive experience with them when I took my bro I had received a loan from my credit union, and I went to Honda owings mills because I had a previous positive experience with them when I took my brother in law there to have his Honda to be serviced. So when I went back there with my loan I was introduced to Michael Atkinson the salesman who guided me through the process with my loan to purchase my and volunteered to take me to my credit union to finish the deal, when we arrived there and I went in only to come back to the car without my loan approved Michael patiently to me back to Honda and introduced me to Leendert Pij pers who was able to secure a loan for to be able to drive home in my brand new car. Matthew, Terelle,and kean all played a part in me getting a and just as important securing insurance.
