He was honest which I found to be a refreshing change from other dealerships (Jerry's) yeah I said it! I felt like he had my best intrest at heart. Honda's Customer Service at its best! The Finance Department was great; Lane had me laughing the whole time I was in his office. I thought Scott was more than fair with the price. Thanks again guys for not bending me over! lol More

My salesperson was Michael Atkinson. He is knowledgeable and considerate. I told him that I wanted a Civic Hatchback because it had a lot of space. He showed me the available colors and interiors. I found that the monthly payments for the hatchback were more than I had budgeted. The sales manager, Jon Orofino, suggested that I consider a Civic Sedan because the back seat folds down and gives more space. This was a great suggestion. I like the car and it really suits me. Next I met with Dawn Evans, the finance manager. This was another positive experience. She presented all the warranty options and prices. She is friendly and understanding. Her presentation was straightforward and easy to understand. My monthly payment fits my budget. I patronize Honda of Owings Mills because I know that the service department is excellent. Now I know that the sales department is also exceptional. I intend to always be a customer and I would recommend them to everyone. More

My Honda Pilot was involved in an accident a week before I came to Mark to buy a replacement vehicle. I was very happy with my Pilot and had not planned to replace it. Mark was very understanding and sympathetic with my problem. I appreciate his patience with me and Mark helped me arrive at a good decision. My family and friends are customers of Mark and will continue to be. Mandy Holmes and the rest of the staff were also a pleasure to deal with and I have in the past and will continue to recommend Honda of Owings Mills to my family, friends, and my clients. More
Cindy is exceptional! I went to get an oil change, as I usually did when it was Northwest Honda, and Cindy was exceptional as usual! She is attentive when I enter the build I went to get an oil change, as I usually did when it was Northwest Honda, and Cindy was exceptional as usual! She is attentive when I enter the building (everyone else, not so much) and doesn't hesitate to help me with whatever issues I'm having with my vehicle. She is always patient and goes the extra mile to help me with each visit. In the 10 years I've been coming to this service lane, she is the most helpful in all my years! She's always pleasant and straight forward with me- I never feel taken advantage of or unclear about my vehicle needs. Exceptional customer service! I'll keep coming to see Cindy B! More

Upon entering the building we were greeted with a friendly, energetic salesman, Matt. His peronality was infectious and he helped my daughter relax, enabling her to ask her prepared questions. After the test drive, we wasted no time at all finalizing the deal with 'Q'. We then were introduced to another capable, client centric salesman, Mike who helped us with our paperwork and finalized the sales process. After a bit of a wait ( our only negative) we were introduced to Dawn in finance who paced us quickly through the payment process. All in all, a wonderful experinece with really good professionals at every point in the process. First class! More
