Alberto stayed until my car was finished at 4::00 even though he had started work at 6:30 and was supposed to go home. He was extremely helpful and even saved me some money. Too long to process paperwork. Told 1-1/2 hours, took over 3 hours. Response to schedule window tint was not very responsive.
