Bobbie Santos processed my request very quickly and did a thorough job explaining everything afterwards. The recall ended up taking only about an hour from when I first arrived (thanks to the recall technician who arrived to work earlier than usual). Overall it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to coming back when it's time for my first service. More

Although it took a bit longer, 45 mins., I did see several cars behind me, so, I wasn't expecting a rush service. After I received my phone call, I returned to speak with Bobbie and he detailed & explained each service performed. He was very courteous, professional & personable. He even loaded my shopping purchases in the car for me. A note, I arrived early for my appointment when employees were out to lunch, But, three people checked with me to let me know the situation. More
My time is valuable too On two occasions I have had to bring my Cars in for recall notices. On both occasions the paperwork stated the service would take 30 minutes or less. Each time I arrived at the appointed time only to be told it was going to take 3-4 hours. Since they offer a shuttle I waited around till it showed up and took me home. Within 30 minutes of arriving home I was called and told my car was ready. I called the shuttle and waited almost an hour for it to show up to take me back to the dealer. After these two incidents I wasted 4 hrs at each appt when I could have waited at the dealership and been in and out within an hour each time. What is the point of an appt if they assume you have all day to waste? My "advisor" didn't have a clue. More

They even described how the new coffee machine in the waiting area works. Livian who works as a cashier is always friendly and professional. She always greets customers with a smile and she always asks if there is anything else she can help you with before you leave. She even double checked another customers and my e-mail address before we left for a raffle with a tv as a prize the dealership is holding this month. Her friendly demeanor and courteous manner create a comfortable atmosphere that makes people look forward to bringing their car in for service at Serramonte Honda! More

I brought it in for service, and the service advisor (clearly not someone fully trained in this industry) told me theres nothing that could be done. I tried contacting the GM of the dealership only to be ignored several times with my concerns. I'm going to keep bringing it back and possibly file a lemon law claim. The 2 heavy latina receptionist for service are also very dismissive and should be working at a prison instead of in the "customer service" department. More
