Bad Experience I'm Service Department I went to this dealership for the last 17 years and they WERE great. For the past year, I have been told one story about something being wrong that wa I went to this dealership for the last 17 years and they WERE great. For the past year, I have been told one story about something being wrong that was under warranty by purchasing from them, surprising the service rep, then the next visit, it was fine suddenly. I was told that the"timing belt is slipping". I was later told this last visit that doesn't happen. It would break. My last visit, they broke my cruise control button that pressed in and worked fine on the way there. Then after a service rep put a new leather steering wheel cover on, all the sudden, the button wouldn't press in after we left and I tried using it, so I couldn't use it anymore. They denied responsibility. Also, they caused an oil leak and told me it was already leaking and would cost $1900 to repair. Corporate told me to go to another Honda dealership to verify. The manager took the situation over at the dealership from the device rep who was doing fine, which I think was in bad taste and extremely unprofessional. On another previous visit, when I got my car aligned after a bumper hit, they also told me my steering column threading needed redone for $800, then the next few visits, their multi point inspection found nothing wrong in that area. This was even a note on a paper then disregarded the next visit. This is crazy! Since corporate can't take care of their problems with one call, I told them I'm done with Honda and will go elsewhere to take care of this. Incidently, the part for the cruise control OEM I found for about $15, and they wanted to charge me over $300 to fix it. This is how they deal with you, BUT TEXT AND EMAIL ME TO BUT A NEW CAR THE SAME DAY OF BAD SERVICE! No thank you. After the response from the dealership below, I contacted them and relayed the information again. After that, nothing happened. They broke my cruise control and didn't take any responsibility and they dot care how much they over price you for anything on top of that, but text and emailed me, as well as mailed me flyers to get a new car. Terrible dealership and I will never buy a Honda again because of this experience. They also told me my front left headlight replacement would be $5 by Jason there. They cared me over $21. They are liars and unethical business people. More

Charged me $661 and guaranteed the sound would be gone. It was not gone. Went back and they did some work on the serpentine belt. Sound was still there. Today they told me that I needed a new water pump for $680 but they would take $80 off. And that would get rid of the sound. Another Honda dealer said that their price was under $600 without any deal. Do not get your work done at Honda Superstition Springs they're very nice but they don't guarantee their work More
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have been a lifetime Honda owner. But the experience I have had with this company was so awful, I will not buy another Honda again. The frontline staff has always been very customer friendly. But when you bring your 2016 Honda in over 3 times due problems, they do everything thing they can to get out of fixing it under the warranties that we pay for. If you dare complain about them screwing you over, they will try to bully you. As you are waiting for them to get your car done, all you hear is customers complaining on how bad this dealership is. If you like to fight and like being abused this is the dealership to buy from. More

Supreme Service thanks to Tommy Durante My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante. More
Service Center I went in to get my new HR-V it's first service. I made an appointment online and arrived at the service center about 15 mins before my appointment da I went in to get my new HR-V it's first service. The service agent that I was automatically assigned to was busy with another client, so a service agent named Scott Pfeiffer helped me with getting checked in. I was in and out in about 5 mins. My car was finished sooner than expected, which was great because being without a car for a few hours is difficult. I went in to pick up my car and was helped within seconds. When I walked out to pick my car up, it was immaculately cleaned, which was more than I anticipated as I've had bad experiences with having my car cleaned at a different dealership in the past. Scott went over how my car checked out with me and was very friendly. And because it was my first visit, everything done to my vehicle was completely free. I have never received such exceptional service at any car service center and will recommend Honda at Superstition Springs to everyone I know. Thank you for the wonderful service! More

While in the waiting room I joined in a conversation and found out that there was a miscommunication in a previous service that I had paid for a couple of months earlier? I took my question to Tommy Durante, he listened to my concern and told me that I would have an answer within a couple of hours. I received a call from Don Poling, Service and Parts Director, within an hour and was told that Honda of Superstition Springs was going to give me a full reimbursement of my payment. I was very impressed with their genuine concern and honesty. Thank you Tommy Durante and Don Poling! I will definitely be returning for service on my vehicle! Carol B. More

I will drive miles out of my way and wait for the superior service from Homda of Superstition Springs. Scott Pfeiffer treated me like a valued customer and answered my questions with valid reasons for why service is needed. I was at Autonation Honda of Chandler today for an oil change and was given a list of recommended services, but when I asked my questions the response was very short. I wanted to know why the brake fluid wasn't changed with the rear brakes being changed and I was told by Autonation, well it's a separate service. I also asked if there was anything they would do on the cost of I did the rear brakes and the fluid, which were $255.95 and $119.95 and I was told, no they are separate services and that's it. The same questions asked to Superstition and my responses were, the brake fluids are in a sealed system and changing the pads do not require breaking open the seal for the fluids. I was quoted less for both services and when I asked if I did both services today what could they do on the price. I was told over $250 in service they offer a 12% discount. I asked if they could get me in today if I brought it within the hour and I was told yes. I rushed and picked my car from Autonation and took it to Superstition. Huge difference, Autonation had 1 person waiting and a few cars versus Superstition had several people dropping off and picking up with a long line of cars. This let me know that I was at the Top Spot! If the conversation with Scott was all I had to go off of, it was enough, but after seeing how busy they were I knew it was because they provide Superior Service and are good to their customers. When I picked up my car I was also greeted by the service manager Tommy Durante who wanted to know what I had done and if I needed anything else. The professionalism, respect and overall genuine service, I see why they are so busy. I will never take my car anywhere else. Funny thing is, when I told the Autonation service manager the conversation I had and that I was offered a better explanation, pricing and overall service, his response was...Okay, I will put add a note that you are a Superstition Springs customer. WOW! And that is their service manager. My car was there and he made no attempt to keep me there and could careless about losing my business. Also, when I mentioned to the advisor I would be noting this in my survey, he asked me if I would mention him. So Brendon Collins and service manager Steve of Autonation are the reason why I will no longer have any service done there. I should thank them for guiding me to a better place for service. I guess it makes sense to drive miles away for the best! I hope this was helpful and remember, you should be able to ask questions and be appreciated when you are spending hundreds of dollars! More

awful service liars since we purchased our escape from this dealership we thought we wwould have the oil changed here .I phoned for an appointment explaining I have a ter since we purchased our escape from this dealership we thought we wwould have the oil changed here .I phoned for an appointment explaining I have a terminal ill husband and need not to sit more than an hour leaving him alone soooo when I got there they told me at least and hour plus I thought or crap why do we make appts well then I was told do you want your car washed I said might as well after 21?2 hours of waiting I went to the service desk and saw my car out the window it had been sitting done for at least an hour why in the heck didn't someone come and tell me I sat in that place forever they didn't even vacuum or wash my car bunch of crap will not go there ever again for any service this was darn awful plus I was told when we bought the car the first oil change was free ha that was a bunch of bs also More
