A stress free experience at any automobile dealership is unusual. To have two at one dealership is extraordinary. In 2021 Honda of Westport repaired our 2014 CRV after hurricane IDA's water damage, and that was after we had a very difficult experience at our local New Jersey dealership. So there was no question that when our 2019 CRV needed repair in January 2023 we had it transported the 100-plus miles from where it broke down to Westport, CT rather than to another dealership 88 miles closer. The repair was done quickly, it was done well, and at an appropriate price. What was notable, as it was back in 2021, was Melanie's proactive and knowledgeable communication. It was courteous and friendly, and most important to me and my wife, was that she gave us straightforward and honest answers to our questions. We had confidence in her truthfulness and in the completeness of the information she gave us. I cannot overemphasize how critical getting trustworthy information was.
