Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. He and the tech completed all the work on schedule and in a quality manner. There were a lot of fluid changes completed. Wait time for service, even with appointment, seems excessively long (over 2 hours for me). Also, my quote for work that was needed was not accurate. Not Paula's fault since all parts info did not come across from Parts Department, not sure why. Paula was great and very helpful. I will definitely ask for her in the future. More
