My wife and I had great experience buying Acura MDX Luke and Kao were quick to my initial questions over the phone about the Acura MDX Hybrid and we set up a test drive once a car arrived. They were both very well versed in the specification of the car. After a test drive we decided to purchase the car and trade in our old Volvo. They were both friendly and without a lot of pressure. Our only disappointment was that because Acura does not make a lot of MDX Hybrids, we had to pay close to MSRP. More
