Took great care of me! I am a USAA customer and was referred to Horne Hyundai through USAA, even though I live in Tucson. I worked with James Santiago. One thing I noticed r I am a USAA customer and was referred to Horne Hyundai through USAA, even though I live in Tucson. I worked with James Santiago. One thing I noticed right away was how open he was about pricing and how honest he was. I am good with numbers and I like to see that the salesperson not only knows his stuff but is truthful with me as the customer. James got an A+ for both of those. James also helped me find the car I was looking for without trying to upsell me and without trying to convince me to buy something else. I appreciated that. As a Realtor, I believe in not "selling" to people but rather helping them find what it is they are looking for. It was nice to see that Horne Hyundai has the same philosophy. James was extremely communicative and even drove the car down to Tucson for me. I know they don't usually do that, but going the extra mile (or miles in this case) sealed the deal for me and left a very positive impression in my mind about the whole transaction. Because I had such a positive experience, I will go back to see James in the future when I am in the market for another vehicle. It is nice to know there is someone out there selling cars in a trustworthy and fair manner. To me, it is worth the drive to deal with people who I know will treat me well. More

Untrustworthy- Sketchy Found a car on truecar.com and submitted my information to be contacted regarding it. After not hearing from them a day, I emailed the salesman listed Found a car on truecar.com and submitted my information to be contacted regarding it. After not hearing from them a day, I emailed the salesman listed on TrueCar in regards to its availability. He had not gotten back to me by the end of my work day so I gave the dealership a call and was told they were "hacked" and that it was not a valid sale. How convenient a hacker tapped into TrueCar and made a single post at a phoenix suburb dealership. What a random hacker. The next day at work, the salesman I had previously emailed replied only saying "where is this published?" and NOTHING else, not even a professional signature. I responded and heard nothing. Why would I trust a dealership that has mysterious single posted "hackers"... or hackers at all!... and such poor customer service in communication? More

I went in and was pleasantly greeted the salesman I had email James was taking care of another customer. The other sales person took me on a test drive and showed me a bit about the vehicles I told him I wanted the next level up. By then James had finished and approached me we test drove a Sonata Sport. We went inside to crunch some numbers and James came back with an outstanding deal much better than I had ever thought. I asked if he had the vehicle in a specific color and I test drove that vehicle, went back in and said Now do a bit better for me, and he did. The result, I got a great car and a terrific price and I highly recommend that you just go straight there. More
