Ben, our salesman, took time with me, answered questions, let me test-drive several vehicles, without a bit of pressure or impatience. When I called the next day and said I wanted the Sonata I'd driven, he told me what to submit in advance to make our deal efficient. Craig, the sales manager, was friendly and un-rushed, as well. At no time did anyone speak down to us. When the deal was complete, we were introduced to the service manager, and the general manager even stopped by to introduce himself. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This may sound silly, but this is the first time in my life that I didn't leave a dealership with a headache. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the people I met there. More

I sat in your office- James- and pulled up the B of A website and got the pre-approval. There was no mention that Horne Hyundai did not have an association with B of A. It was told to me at the time of signing that this was a starting point- 3.49 and they would get hold of B of A on Monday and confirm the pre approval and complete the paperwork. and it's not the fact that it is a matter of a few dollars difference per month. it is the fact that Craig lied to my face when i asked him directly when i brought the spare key for my Buick Encore the following Wednesday. i specifically asked him if Carl got the 2.99 through B of A for me and he emphatically said yes. you have lost one good customer and many more that i can advise, not to go to Horne. A friend recommended Horne Hyundai to us so we decided to check it out. Ben introduced himself as soon as we got out of our car, he was very fun to deal with, knowledgeable about the Hyundais and was very honest with us. The finance manager Karl was also very honest and took time to answer all our questions. We love our new Sonata and will recommend everyone we know to Ben and Horne Hyundai. More

Amazing Mother's Day thanks to Horne Hyundai James I dealt with on the phone yesterday and he got me prepared to come in with all of the necessary documents to have a smooth experience. He was going to be off today so he told me Hal would be taking care of me. What a pleasant, positive person and such a joy to work with and chat with during the process which we all know is a long one. Once Karl, the Sales Manager, was ready for me I found out we went to the same college for part of the same years so it was great to chat with him about our alma mater while I was signing on the dotted line numerous times as is customary with financing a vehicle. I had an excellent Mother's Day with these two gentlemen, my daughter and my best friend going through this process. I am thrilled I chose to go to this dealership and if need be in the future will go to them again. More

Horne Hyundai was my first of what was suppose to be three stops to check out new cars. Hal wasn't pushy at any point in the process and was very friendly, which made the entire buying experience excellent. Hal made the entire process so easy that I never made it to the other two dealers. Not a practice I would recommend to others but because Hal and his leadership team where so honest and friendly, I felt very comfortable buying my car from them. PS I decided on the Sonata! I love my car! More

Here are the options: (a) they hire only ignorant, incompetent folks, (b) they train t I have tried too often to make Horne Hyundai ‘my dealership’. Here are the options: (a) they hire only ignorant, incompetent folks, (b) they train their people to lie to maximize revenue even if it means losing customers when they get caught. They gladly set appointments for service work but are surprised if you show up (don’t know your name, don’t know why you’re there, don’t have the part they promised they’d have, ridicule you for not giving them time to order in the part). When they finally get the part, as an appeasement they FedEx it to your home . . . . and it’s a ‘must be installed by a dealer’ part. They tell you a part you already possess cannot be used simply to force to buy new (when the part you already have is new and is the same they want to sell you). They offer to wash your car as a courtesy, only to return it dirtier than when you drop it off. More
