2.5 hr oil change I scheduled an appointment for 1000 for an oil change and tire rotation and a recall. At 1230 they finally finished the oil change and was informed that they were going to lunch if I wanted to wait till after 1pm for them to do the recall and which I was told would take another 45 mins. It took ridiculously too long!! Everybody was very nice but my appointment was at 10 am and it literally took 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It seems like every time I go I have to wait longer and longer. Luckily my sister was off work and able to get my oldest from pre k while I continues to sit and wait with a 4 month old baby. What is the point of appointments if it takes this long. If I didnt have to come here because I am paying for it I would hands down be going somewhere else. Something needs to change. More

Great service Our engine light came and we scheduled an appointment right away. We were able to get the truck seen that same week.
