Hudson Honda is conveniently located on Kennedy Blvd in West New York. We are a neighborhood store catering to both New Jersey and New York Honda lovers. With the George Washington bridge north of our location and the Lincoln Tunnel just south, customers can conveniently travel to our facility in 25 minutes or less from anywhere in New York City! We offer valet parking to all of our patrons. My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

I bought a brand new honda crv-ex from this dealership in january. Part of the reason I wanted to buy this was the $300 gift card they were offering. I negotiated a very good price and the overall experience was good. The only -ve I have is that I was not given the $300 gift card as I got a good deal on the price as per the sales person. It was not in the fine print that getting a good price would negate this deal but I was too tired and didnt want to make a big fuss over it.
It would have been a 5 instead of a 4 except for that one detail. I would recommend this dealership but be sure to go in fresh and not tired :)

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

We drove all the way from NYC to Hudson Honda to purchase two (2) 2013 Honda CRV EX AWD. They were able to match the lowest price offered to us by other Honda dealers plus they have $300 gift card for every new car purchased/leased (We're still waiting for our gift cards through mail though) Mr. Erik Castro was our salesman. He's very approachable, friendly and accomodating. Jason De Jesus was very pleasant as well. Overall, we had a great buying experience and will recommend Hudson Honda to friends and family.

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

The staff at Hudson Honda went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received fair and quality service. They took the time to make an accurate diagnosis of my problem and made me feel like a valued customer.

I have been to other dealerships but Hudson Honda was the only one that made me feel right at home because of their neighborhood presence and friendly demeanor. I will continue to do business with them going forward.

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

On November 12, 2012, I arrived for an EXPRESS oil change and tire rotation at 10:00 am. I entered the express lane to find no one waiting and then went inside for help. I was told I would need to wait a few minutes until someone was found to give me a ticket for Service. I then waited for 10 minutes before someone came out to give me a ticket. I then met with a Service Advisor and informed him I would need an oil change and tire rotation. I asked how long it would be and he told me thirty minutes or less. Great, two and one half hours later I went to Service and asked what was going on with my car. They had to take a few minutes to find my car and then told me it would we a few more minutes. This has been an ongoing problem with the Service Department. I had to take my car in last month for a recall and was told it would take four hours. I spoke with the Service Manager and he did not seem to be concerned about the SERVICE they are providing. I leased my car from Hudson Honda and should not have to wait hours and hours for SERVICE! Hudson Honda SHAME ON YOU! I have been leasing Honda"s for a few years now and have never had the TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER that I have received from Hudson Honda! I will now be going elsewhere for my SERVICE and my LEASING! I truly believe that this Dealership DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE! Again, SHAME ON YOU!!

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

First and foremost dealers are all pretty much the same, they are in business to make money....but when you say one price and write another, that's not even close to the one you agree upon, than that my friend is being deceptive. So unless you read before you sign you should never have a problem. I would not recommend this dealership because they try to keep you there for 3 hours waiting and then try to rush you when you are signing papers as a ploy to throw you off. That to me is more criminal than anything else. Don't try to sell a car for 43500.00 when the msrp is 41800.00 and you tell me I'm buying it for 39000.00 (far from dumb)Bruce Halloway and Hector Vinasco know what I'm talking about.....charm will get you a smile but not my money!!!!

On behalf of Hudson Honda, I am concerned that you may have omited some details in your review. If my information is correct, you were trading in two cars for one car. There was money owed on one of the cars (or both) and you wanted back in the form of a check a substantial amount of money. To do "what you asked" the monies had to be put somewhere in the contract so that the bottom number reflects the total of the transaction. In order to compensate for the check back to you and the money owed, the selling price had to reflect that. We are an ethical dealer of record that does not ever have to resort to unprofessional business practices. I would be happy to have you sit down with the General Manager to go over your deal and make sure all the details are explained and understood.

I am appalled and disgusted, I drove an hour and 20 min to them, spent hours on the phone, sure come ondown they said, get there and they sold the car I wanted... no phone call either to advise.Unbelievable NEVER EVER HAVE I BEEN SUBJECTED TO SUCH SHADY PRACTICE

Please keep in mind, as soon as this vehicle went live on our web site we were fielding calls from the tri state area and beyond. As you know the World Wide Web is far reaching. We are able to sell a large volume of vehicles from the exposure using different media. In defense of your two contacts at the dealership, they did reach out to your phone and got your voice mail, I can say that with certainty because our dealer tracking system time stamps the time, the length and the phone number called. As a rule, any dealership is in business to sell vehicles, I am only to sorry that you were not the first customer here to purchase the vehicle. There were many appointments made today in for that vehicle, I wish I had a parking lot full of them. My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

I should've walked out from this place when they tried to make a deal without telling us the price of my car that was traded in. They said they don't know because they're not allowed to know??? does that make sense?? making deal without knowing how much my car cost?? it turned out that cost of my car was higher than they estimated (they didn't tell us the price until the end, i saw the number on the paper on his desk and that's how they admitted it was the cost of the car) and of course they made the deal based on their estimation already pretending they've made the best deal for us. i ended up buying it anyhow but i'm regretting so much about it.
I would not recommend this place to anyone I know ever.

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

Due to milage I went there for a major tune up on my vehicle. $1250.00 for changing timing belt, water pump, tensioner, valve adjustment etc. 2 days later I drive the car and I realize the car is flowing oil big time! I almost run the engine dry! They busted one of the seals. Next day I call they are sending a trailer to pick up my car. They promise 8 am the trailer is not there until 11 am.

My Review Of Hudson Honda of West New York:

My sales rep was John Colart and he was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and if he couldn't he wasn't afraid to ask for help. He worked with my fiance's and I's budget to get us the best deal he could. Very friendly, and wasn't like most sales man in the sense that he wasn't pushy and let me and my fiance talk things out. My fiance likes to bargain and he was very patient with us and so was the management staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
