Chito was very helpful and very thorough throughout the whole process. He made sure that we left completely satisfied and made sure things were clear every step of the way. There was no question he could not answer and he did everything he could to get us a good deal. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family for purchasing a new or used car.

Staff at Hudson Subaru is very friendly and helpful. I would specifically like to call out Chito’s name. He not only made the entire buying experience easy but also made sure the delivery was done in the right way. It was very appreciative of him to stay back for delivery until 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend family and friends to him.

My Review of Hudson Subaru:
I initially went in to Hudson Subaru in response to the letters I was receiving on their buy back program. Basically, I had purchased a Subaru which I really liked. However, my circumstances changed and I would have preferred to be in a lower-priced lease. So, I spoke about my situation with Chito Encarnacion (Sales) on the phone, set an appointment with him, and came in at the agreed-upon time. When I arrived, he had researched which models would fit my specifications and we discussed a couple of options. In the end, they bought out my car and I got into a new one for over $100 per month less. There were no surpises along the way and everyone was accomodating. Great dealership.

Very knowledgeable about the product so you make the right choice.

Excellent about price.

The Finance Manager is excellent and very helpful.

These folks are no nonsense and very effective finding the right car for you and getting you out the door quickly.

It is worth the drive.

I spent hours searching for a vehicle online and ended up at Hudson Subaru because they had the lowest price. I even went to another dealer after they gave me the low price and still came back to them because they had the best staff. Frank even helped me lower my rate well below any rates I was offered. Great staff!!

The experience was great. Chito was very accomodating and friendly, making our visit to Subaru very well time-spent, showing us the models of cars we wanted and finally taking home the car on same day. We didn't have to hassle with the price as my company has a VIP deal with Subaru. This only shows that Subaru is a name that big companies, like my company, trust and recommend. Good Job!

My wife and I originally went to service our old Subaru thinking that we might want to trade it in for a new one. All the folks at Hudson Subaru and especially Chito were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt that the price should have been a little lower but over all we are very satisfied with our new car.

My Review of Hudson Subaru:
I traded in a 2003 Forester for a new Legacy. Simon helped out tremendously with educating me on the new equipment in the Legacy. He also was very helpful in creating a pricing plan which fit my budget. Everyone at Hudson Subaru was friendly and welcoming, and made my experience buying a new car very enjoyable.
