I came in to get a check engine light fixed and expected to bring the car in the following week. I was able to leave the car the same day to get repaired. I am using this dearshop since I bought my golf in here. I visited here to get 30,000 service. When I arrived for the express service at 8:15 am, I was told it should take no more than 45 minutes. After being told I needed to get service done that was done at previous visits (that was blamed on the told it should take no more than 45 minutes. Melanie was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She was able to get me a loaner car on short notice and worked with me on setting a reasonable price.
