When I arrived for the express service at 8:15 am, I was told it should take no more than 45 minutes. Melanie was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She was able to get me a loaner car on short notice and worked with me on setting a reasonable price. The service department, which is usually the most feared area of a dealership, is a pleasure to deal with. They continually exceed my expectations, whether I'm calling with a question, getting scheduled maintenance done or having my transmission replaced. Tom is constantly checking in, even if he's just passing through the waiting area, to see how everything is going. I was lucky to find such a dedicated and trustworthy group of people. More

I went to Hudson valley VW for a problem with my 2004 passat wagon. no other VW dealer service team was able to find the problem with my vw climatronic system, but the team at Hudson valley VW was not on passat wagon. no other VW dealer service team was able to find the problem with my vw climatronic system, but the team at Hudson valley VW was not only able to diagnose the problem but they fixed it right the first time!!! thank you so much Hudson Valley VW for making my VW Passat right again and the price was right too!!
