I brought my Jetta in for problems I was having and she was awesome. Super nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. The girls that work in the service department are just the same! I bought my car in May 2011. The buying experience with Bunny was very easy. She was more than helpful, supportive, knowledgeable of the car and very accomadating.
