For the record, this the first time I post a negative review on any business. I buy several vehicles a year thru different dealerships for personal use as I do for our fleets for different businesses I review on any business. I buy several vehicles a year thru different dealerships for personal use as I do for our fleets for different businesses I own and operate. But today, I just could not stay quite as I drive over 300 miles back to Odessa, Texas from Huffines Chrysler dealership in Lewisville, Texas. I am very disappointed with the Huffines Family Team at this dealership. It may not seem it's up to Mr. Bruce Johnston, or Mr. Marchiondo personally, but it's complete management, the team that represents the Huffines Family. “Mr. Huffines believed that when he helped someone buy a vehicle, he had made a friend for life. These values have been passed from father to son to grandson. Even though Denton and Collin County have grown up since 1924, we are still the dealerships where you will experience small town friendliness and a commitment to exceeding our customer's expectations.” They started with a one car dealership and have been very successful. I admire that. Now I can’t believe any of this posted on their website when they staff this dealership with the opposite position and beliefs. As a business owner myself I rely on my staff to treat our customer with respect, honesty, and honor as if it is me making the deal. They are a representation of me and my family. If my sales team or project managers agree to and or express any service or product that has my name on it, We deliver. Even at a loss. It is my name on it, I guess that still something in west Texas. Now Lewisville or Dallas in general I don't know, but your team definitely does not represent that. I believe that management has deceived and deprived a talented young salesman that has been working this deal for over a month from making his sale after his hard work and due diligence to bring in a customer like myself, to purchase a pick up. Not only using your sales person as a tool to deceive Huffines’ customer, and change the “rules” as they best see fit. Not thinking, nor considering the customers’ time and future potential as keeping him as a customer, as “ Mr. Huffines believed that when he helped someone buy a vehicle, he had made a friend for life. “ I guess that belief definitely stopped within family, and did not get taught to staff. That may make it the Huffines’ fault. I do not know. I feel sorry for this management team, I did forget to add this little piece to my disappointment in your dealership as I am still driving to west Texas, where I drove from today to your dealership, but apperantly this means nothing to you. But not only does the wind take Huffines’ word, but even the ink on your paper runs as well. As it seems I cannot post photos here of the signed documents for this deal. From what I understand, if you look at the date, for one. I show up in person today and was the first person ready to buy the vehicle, no other customer had physically seen the vehicle in person. I was told by Bruce, sales manager, that the vehicle was sold earlier that day by a customer that was not physically on site, nor even from the state of Texas. After the fact that on the 18th of this month I was told that such vehicle would only be sold under their own rule of First come first served signed by Mr. Marchiondo with ink on paper. Now excuse me as I may sound like an ignorant customer as I drive back from this very disappointing experience, but this has never happened to me in the past where not only a managers word not signature mean a darn. Any how; I suspect that vehicle was already promised to such person, and used that vehicle to mislead not only they own sales personnel, but their customers as well. I request an answer, not an apology. I do have one last question for all of your team. What is your time worth? Time for me is the only asset that never recoups once it is spent, it’s priceless. So I decided to save mine and yours once I left, but have plenty of time on this 320 mile drive back to west Texas to write this while you shrug it off and laugh at your customers and completely waste their time with your deception. I am sorry to not even see an excellent example of a sales person listed on their profile, Mr. Deven Wilson. He put this deal together and it took him over a month to do just for his team to let him down and disappoint his customer. What a shame. Mario More

Ask for Lisa LaVarta! She's amazing. Though she is in sales, she has shown she cares about people. We didn't, unfortunately, buy at this dealership, yet she has shown us she cares about our service issue sales, she has shown she cares about people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!..... I initially took my car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advi car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advisor MICHAEL PEREZ and told that my car was OVERHEATING after the fender liner replacement, and they replaced my steering gear to eliminate the issue. Michael also told me that my car was now making a crunching noise and that it was normal. I immediately went to the dealership to listen to the noise that he was describing as normal that WAS NEVER PRESENT BEFORE.. I did not take my car home that day and told him that I would make contact with Dodge customer service to determine what resolution would be taken. After contacting Dodge customer service I was assigned to a case manager who advised me to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. When I went in pick my car up Michael was not there and I asked for a Service manager. I then had a conversation with PHILIP MCCLEAN who told me the same thing Michael did and that the noise I was now having as a result of them working on my car was normal. The next day I took my car to a second dealership, and they advised me that my fender liner was NEVER REPLACED!! I was even told that a NEW RACK isn't typically installed on a car that has 14k miles. At this point, I was furious and called in to Dodge requesting assistance from my case manager. Unfortunately, my case manager was not available and I left a message for a callback. Monday 11/9 came, and I called back and left yet another message for my case manager. I also called the first dealership and asked for a manager and spoke with SCOTT SPINDLE who advised me that it was his first day back and he read briefly over my case and that I could bring my car in to look at it, but the noise has been determined to be normal. I brought it to his attention that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ON MY CAR and It is very hard for me to digest. I am unwilling to take my car back to this shady dealership as they may do more damage to my car. Today is Wednesday, my car is still making a noise, and I am getting the runaround from everyone..... This is unfair to me and very disappointing. This is my first DODGE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I don't understand how UNAUTHORIZED WARRANTY work can be supported by Dodge, and this dealership take advantage of consumers. It has been determined that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR on my car and someone needs to be held responsible More
