Phil, the manager, promised to get me out of this lemon vehicle but never followed through. He even advised me not to file a claim, only to now try to shift the blame onto me—despite the fact that he hasn’t returned a single call in over a year. Because of their inaction, my vehicle has dropped significantly in trade-in value, and now I’m being told I have to take a nearly $10K loss on my loan. The general manager claims there’s nothing he can do, the dealership owner refuses to respond, and Kia corporate has been equally unhelpful. If you’re considering purchasing a Kia—especially from Kia Corinth —think twice. They do not stand by their customers, and they will leave you stuck with a defective vehicle while your investment depreciates. More
