If you were truly interested in resolving this you would have fixed the issue a long time ago. No one from management ever took any interest in my issues. When I brought up the forged paperwork to Chris Gendreau he could not get me out of your building fast enough. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the issue, no excuse for why it happened in the first place...nothing. Sold me a car with issues that you KNEW it had, that fact is in your own documentation. Then I had to jump through hoops and make multiple trips to your location and the Honda dealer to get them resolved. Then your service department created a new issue the car never had in the first placae and you want me to pay for parts and labor to fix an issue you created, unreal.
