I am completely impressed with the service department at Hunter Volvo because they have always been professional, forthcoming with the needed repairs and cost, and have truly stood behind their product. I had a lock ignition switch that was reimbursed by Hunter Volvo despite my vehicle no longer being under warranty. Not only was the repair covered, my vehicle was repaired within 2 days as opposed to the expected 7-10 days. Hunter Volvo is truly impressive.

Kevin was by far the most knowledgeble sales person that I have ever had. He knows Volvo's from top to bottom. Buying a new vehicle and trading in my used Volvo was fun and easy with low stress. We love our new auto more than the previous one. Kevin and Scott make a great team.

I came in to get some work done on my volvo. I told him what was goin on with it. He rolled his eyes at me then said that i dont know what im talking about. He would have the techs tell him. That was on called for. So for a service manager to talk and treat people like this is unacceptable. Anyways it was about and hour later kevin came and talked to me. He told me what the techs have found. So i asked about about some of the issues and he said that i dont know what im talking about again. then laughed. Work got done the tech did a great job also the lady in the service area was friendly. but for the manager to act like that is not good for the shop. i will not be back if i have to deal with him again....

I saw the vehicle for sale online at Hunter Volvo of Asheville and sent and inquiry via the web. Within moments after being contacted by Kevin Brazanskas, I had an appointment. Kevin was very helpful, honest and friendly. If it weren't for Jacob Turner and Kevin Brazanskas, I wouldn't have the car of my dreams!

WE recently purchased a C70 convertible. We first communicated by e-mail, and Jim Outman was responsive and helpful. He was also helpful when we came in to see for ourselves. The day we actually came in to drive the car he was closing a deal and Kevin Brazanskas stepped in. He knew everything about the car and was extremely helpful withou being pushey. We returned to drive the car again, and Kevin was very helpful in giving us the assurance that we were making as good a deal as possible. There was no hard sell, just a confidence in the worth of his product.
We love the car, and after a week of getting used to the car, Kevin spent an hour going over all the different details I needed to know.
Be assured that both men were knowledgeable, without putting pressure on you.
I would highly reccomend Hunter Volvo.

My Volvo overheated in Downtown Asheville. I called Hunter and told me to have the car towed and they would go to work on it immediatel. Thanks to Volvo Roadside Service, I was at Hunter within the hour. They completed major repairs in four hours and sent me on my way with a smile. Great people to work with and Debbie in Service was the star. I give these folks my highest ratings for service and professionalism. Great dealer!

Kevin was interested and available but not overbearing. It took looking, leaving and thinking for me to make such an important decision. I didn't feel overly pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. Kevin synced my phone to bluetooth, make sure it worked and dealt with Sirius radio. Thank you Kevin and Hunter Volvo for a great experience it was worth the hour drive.

My experience with Hunter Volvo was not as great as other dealerships I have visited. Previously an Acura owner, I was looking to try out a Volvo because I had heard great things from coworkers and family members. Jim Outman was great, don't get me wrong, but the sales manager Scott was very rude. I made an offer for a vehicle in which I thought the price was a little high for the mileage. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle that day. The next day I got a phone call from Scott where he said "I just wanted to make sure that there were no hard feelings besides us having a car that you couldn't afford." I was very insulted because it was not that I couldn't afford the car, it was just that I was refusing to pay the sticker price because of the mileage. I am still looking for a similar Volvo, but will not be returning to this dealership!

We found the entire staff of Hunter Volvo to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase of a Volvo V70. We especially appreciated the online pricing. We would absolutely recommend them to friends, as well as use them again in the future.
