My experience with Shawn Burchi at Huntington Ford was wonderful! She & everyone there, were very friendly & helpful. She did a great job explaining all the features of the truck that I purchased. Finance was quick & easy as well. Shawn has also followed up with me a few times since my purchase, just to make sure that I don't have any problems or questions. I give her & Huntington Ford an A+!!!

Tonya was so helpful and professional. The process of me leasing a new car was a long process due to getting out of my other lease early and I was all over the place with what I wanted. Tonya was great with getting back to me and working with my schedule so that we could communicate and figure everything out as I wanted it. I had an unpleasant at a different Ford dealership and appreciated Tonya's help so much. I was recommended to her by my sister who also had a great experience. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

We went to this dealership for the first time looking at a Ford vehicle for the first time and within a week we are now driving a Ford Explorer! Tony Malouf and "Woody" did an EXCELLENT job making sure we were satisfied and also that all of our needs were met. We would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and also from these two.

This is our 4th vehicle that we have bought from Hudington Ford and would never do buisness at any other dealership. They're kind and very reasonable. I've done buisness at a lot of dealerships and this is by far the best from Sales to Service. Ford inc should be very thankful for the good work this Dealership does for them. I've been to many Ford Dealerships and never really had a good experience with them at all until we went to Hudington Ford.

It was a pleasure working with Tom and Mark. They are great guy's! Tom looks out for both sides. He was up front with any benifits or issues on cars we looked at and didn't wast anybody's time. He had our car cleaned and ready when he said he would and the young lady in prep did a wonderful job cleaning it for us. When she brought up the keys she said hello with a friendly smile. It's nice working with people who know what they are doing, and happily get it done in the timeframe given. I am pretty specific when I shop for a new vehicle. I research the vehicle, price, dealer ratings, etc. After visiting several Ford dealers in the Detroit area, as well as requesting quotes via email I chose Huntington Ford for my purchase.
My salespreson, Robert Davis, was very friendly from the outset. No pressure, no "let me introduce you to the finance manager" or hard sell tactics that makes me head for the door!
Bob's expertise and product knowledge was first to rate. Moreover, he really believes in the product he sells which is reflective of his demeanor.
Upon consummating the transaction I also found Bill (the business manager) very informative as well!
Taking delivery of the car was also a pleasure. Bob spent well over 2 hours explaining the features of my new Focus. He was able to answer every question. The only problem we encountered was my cell phone would not "sync" properly with the Ford Sync system. This can probably be attributed to the fact the phone is ancient ( gotta make another purchase).
In closing I would add that my dealership experience was great and if I have to return for service it will continue to be.
I highly recommend Hunting Ford and Bod Davis to all!

We are loyal Ford customers. Our first Ford from Huntington was a Tempo! That was 14 vehicles ago and we've enjoyed every one - new, used and lease. Dan Saunders has helped us with each "purchase" for ourselves or our children and recognizes our need in the vehicle as well as pricing goals. Service is friendly, they take appointments and will provide a ride home and back if you need it. We love Hungtington Ford and Dan Saunders!

My overall experience with Huntington Ford in Rochester Hills was great! Bob Brani found great deals for two new cars for me which came
very close to the car configurations I was looking for. Bob was very helpful during the whole time. He was very responsive to all my questions no matter if I had questions by phone, e-mail or at the dealership. My service experience is also very good Megan Stiffler and Greg Singh are very knowledgable service people which take care, that appointments are kept, the job gets properly done and the customer is satisfied.

I can only recommend Huntington Ford and I am sure that I will come back to get into a new car soon!

Anastasia has helped both my son and mother-in-law purchase a vehicle, so after a bad experience with a Chevrolet dealership I decided to go with a Ford. Not knowing what vehicle in the Ford line-up I was interested in, Anastasia pulled out a Explorer, Edge and an Escape and let me test drive all three. Once I decided on the Explorer she got me an excellent trade in price for my 2004 Saturn Vue and we made the deal. Within a couple hours I was driving my new vehicle home. Anastasia made my car buying experience great even though I find going through the process one of my all time least favorite things to do. Thanks Anastasia... See you in September when I dump another GM product and go with a Ford.

Terrible experience with these guys from the start. They use below the belt tactics that would make you puke.
I wanted to lease a 2013 Focus and Bob Davis was the sales person I spoke with. We agreed to a price of $212/month and we shook hands on it and made a down payment of $200 to secure the deal in addition to another $2100 in down payment charges once I got the keys. I asked for a signed document of what we agreed on but was told I had nothing to worry and to come back in 3 days as the car was being brought in from another dealership.
The day I come back to pick up the car, these idiots tell me my monthly charge is $217. I asked the sales guy how this number changed and he said they had to factor in the nut for my alloy wheels and that he had forgotten about it. How convenient!
I demanded they address the situation before I make any more payments, after which, the best they could give me was one free oil change and a voucher for a one time trial of a car wash nearby. I was tired of negotiating after a long day at work, and I unfortunately gave in.
Things got even better, when the new car of just 2 months and 2700 miles started making loud rattling noises every time I drive. The transmission was acting funny too in low gear. They kept my car overnight and gave me a rental car (which they should as the Ford company pays for that). What I get is a tiny Fiat 500, not even a car of comparable size like the 2L Focus. When I returned the rental car the next day, I'm told that I pay the service tax on the car. Now why would I pay anything on the rental car when the only reason that brought me to the service center is loud rattling in the new car?
Megan at the Service Center then informs me that the next time my car is held overnight, I'd need to sign up for their car rental program and I wouldn't be getting free rentals anymore. Like wtf! Brand new car and if it gives issues, you will not assume liability or honor Ford's warranty support? So I go back and discuss this with the salesperson Bob, and he gives me this alternate story of how Huntington is paying for the rental and not Ford, which I know is BS. He then says he'd call his manager to explain things to me and makes me wait 20 minutes at his desk, with no sign of anyone.
When I realized no one would come forward to address this BS on the rental cars, I walked out of there and reported these jerks to Ford Customer Care. Never going back again.
