I recently visited the service center with a nail in my tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without any greeting or offer to help. It wasn’t until the valet approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance that I received any attention. I explained the issue, and he sprayed the tire with soapy water to confirm the leak. He then informed me that they don’t plug tires there. Wanting to confirm this, I went back inside and attempted to speak with a service advisor only to be ignored again. When I politely asked if someone could help, one of them responded, "Yeah, someone will help you," without even looking up from his phone. When I asked directly if they could fix the tire, he simply said “No.” I ended up leaving and plugging the tire myself. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. There was a complete lack of professionalism and regard for the customer experience. More

They took deposit from me, made me get the insurance binder on the new car, and asked me to get the plates from my old car. They washed the car and did a review of systems with me. After all this they (Jose) said he'll have to revise the pricing up!! (I had A+ credit score). I told him/them that it's unprofessional and unreasonable. Other finance mgt. Frank looked into the issue and agreed that it was unprofessional but couldn't do anything about the pricing that day. It was a very unpleasant and aggravating experience and wasted a lot of time.
