Bob Pfister is fantastic our daughter’s car unfortunately was totaled in front of our home. Bob was excellent he walked my daughter through the car buying process step by step. The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever been to. Deeply regret my business with them and now I’m stuck in a lease. The staff is so rude and unhelpful. THEY DON'T HONOR A WARRANTY. No surprise there are negative reviews, we should have read them before we bought our car. While driving to work the splash guard just fell off, she drove home and the car negative reviews, we should have read them before we bought our car. While driving to work the splash guard just fell off, she drove home and the car sat unused until we took it about 2 weeks later for a software update. After driving the car to the dealer, the part was beyond repair, so they said it's not covered. Were we supposed to pay for a tow? Would they have reimbursed us? If not then how were we supposed to get the car to the dealer for repair? They want us to pay them $1,035 to pay for a part that should have never fell off in the first place. It felt as like it was a shakedown. More
