Earlier this month I ordered a set of floor mats for my XC60 through this dealers website, volvo dealer accessories. I was sent the wrong item, and I had to make two phone calls and send numerous emails be XC60 through this dealers website, volvo dealer accessories. The lack of response and service was very poor, and the customer service phone number did not allow you to speak with someone but only referred you to their email address. I finally received the correct item over a week later but it required frequent follow up on my part to ensure I received my order. This was a very negative experience and I would absolutely not recommend volvo dealer accessories or this dealer. More
