This was the easiest lease process we have gone through. Edduin found exactly what we were looking for and there were no surprises at the end. He was very transparent the entire time. Service advisors are very nice, they provide a loaner (if you have very advance notice), and they'll provide a ride share home from the dealership. However, that's where the positives end. Their hourly labo you have very advance notice), and they'll provide a ride share home from the dealership. However, that's where the positives end. Their hourly labor rate is $450!! That is 3x the amount of most mechanics on LI and twice as much as another Volvo dealer! Their charges for work that "might" need to be done is outrageous. Please do your research. Check parts prices, check with your local mechanic, and check another Volvo dealership for service. DO NOT use Huntington! You will go broke to maintain your vehicle. More
