Left my new Avalanche for service last week. Was ready when they said it would be, all work seemed to be AOK. Have delt with Hurd for many years, and have always been satisfied. Although they have a very nicely appointed waiting area, there was no need to use it as the work was completed on time and they made the whole experience painless. The service department employee that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain what services they would perform. Also upon pick-up of my vehicle they explained all of the very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain what services they would perform.
