Got there early at 1230 for 1:00 appt for oil change/inspection. Got right in but didn’t get out until 3:00.. they forgot to do inspection so had to wait longer than usual change/inspection. I visited this dealership twice at this location from the Chesapeake Va and it was worth the distance. I was at this location by way of a recall for my Mazda Pickup in which on first visit I received my insp Chesapeake Va and it was worth the distance. I was at this location by way of a recall for my Mazda Pickup in which on first visit I received my inspection. I return a few days later and the repair was done in less than 30mins. The staff was amazing in the drop off bay and every time I called it was great. I look forward to returning to this exact location to purchase a car for my wife based on this great experience. I also got referred to Big Al’s just around the corner in which they fixed my exhaust leak quickly as well. More
