I recently purchased a 2 year used Toyota Tacoma from the Hyundai dealership in Carson, and usually this is an exciting moment in one's life, but for me this was out of hardship as I had just survived a deva Hyundai dealership in Carson, and usually this is an exciting moment in one's life, but for me this was out of hardship as I had just survived a devastating accident in which my previous Tacoma was destroyed in an accident. Before the accident, I was not looking to purchase another vehicle and loved not having a car payment for over 10 years, so it was a bit traumatic having to run out and find another truck quickly. I have to say Isaiah was AMAZING! I couldn't have had a better contact there to help me navigate the sales process. He was genuine, personable and helped with all of my questions and stresses, he was a champ as I was still rattled from having to purchase a newer vehicle and having to deal with insurance and all that goes along with a huge accident. Isaiah went out of his way to help get another set of keys from the previous owner of the Tacoma I purchased, which was very thoughtful, and helped me from spending even more money that is tight for me at the moment. I would recommend Carson Hyundai for purchasing a car, new or used, but for sure Isaiah and Mike, both are great guys and I would absolutely do business with both of them again. More

After a 1st time horrible experience at a different hyundai service location, my hopes of continuing leasing with hyundai dropped significantly. Unfortunately not only was it just the services departme hyundai service location, my hopes of continuing leasing with hyundai dropped significantly. Unfortunately not only was it just the services department but also sales who gave my husband and I false promises. As you can imagine I was dreading the next service appointment of my 3 year Tucson lease, I came across Hyundai Carson just by luck. My husband and I decided to schedule the services and give them a chance, I arrived with our girls and one morning and left beyond excited with our experience, everyone was kind and knowledgeable. After that amazing experience we continued services with Carson Hyundai until the end of our lease. My husband and I had a tough decision to make and before the lease ended Rosy gave us the call that would change our next 3 years! That same week we walked away with a 2025 Palisade!!! Wow!! I'm still in disbelief with this beautiful SUV! Rosy made sure we got taken care of, making sure our needs were met at all times. The entire sales team was a dream to work with and we could not be any happier with our experience this second round. HYUNDAI Carson is the reason we will continue leasing with Hyundai for years to come. More
