Horrible service! Do not buy a car from them nor take your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me it would be days before they could get to my your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me it would be days before they could get to my car but would not provide me with a loaner vehicle. Now I am stranded trying to get a ride. Why pay for a vehicle you can't even drive. More

Overall anytime I come to the service department or the dealership they make me regret even buying the car from them. Went on a Saturday to have my car serviced since I work out of town majority of the wee dealership they make me regret even buying the car from them. Went on a Saturday to have my car serviced since I work out of town majority of the week for them to tell me all they do on Saturdays are oil changes and tire rotation nothing else. I needed my brakes looked at, and did that happen no. Waste of time! More

Even though Capitol Hyundai was booked solid, they worked me in within two days because my lights would not work when the ABS light came on. I was in and out of the service area in a reasonable length of time. The people at this place ALWAYS have a great attitude and a genuine concern for keeping my vehicle in tip top condition. Great job! Thanks so much. P.S. They also checked the AC filter and found lots of little acorns some little chipmunk had decided to keep stored there. More

Early appearance I had a service call scheduled for next week but on Saturday, I hit a piece of road debris and has something hanging from under my car. I stopped by and they offered to go ahead and do my service while they had me up on the rack. They removed the LONG screw that was embedded in the under carriage and inspected all parts to ensure no damage was incurred. Awesome and friendly service staff. More
