I was told that loaner will be available in few days but never got the loaner. if they had told me how long it was going to take to get the loaner, i would have went out and rented a car. i do not under never got the loaner. if they had told me how long it was going to take to get the loaner, i would have went out and rented a car. i do not understand how they would not know when the loaner would be available. when I was told that the loaner will be ready in few days again, i called service center and the car was fixed withint three days when I was told the ETA was about a month. I appreciated that they provided Uber one way to my home. but I had to struggle for few weeks just waiting for loaner which i never got. people were nice but just poor communication that affected my daily life. More

The wait was a little longer than expected for the amount of work done, but I love the professional and courteous manner of everyone at 110.
