I brought my 2025 Hyundai Tucson to Hyundai of 110 for service. It was a very good choice. The service depart did a good job on my Tucson, The waiting area was clean and hand coffee free of charge. Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues. More
Despite having a scheduled appointment, it took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Unacceptable for routine service. The clerk in the service area blamed this on a lack of staff. Will only use this dealer's service department if I have recall or warranty work to be done in the future. This was not the first time that I had to wait this length of time for such basic services. When I go to my local mechanic, the same service takes barely half an hour. More
My car sat in service for an entire month. It took two weeks just to identify the problem, and then another two weeks to complete the repair. The entire time, I was told no loaner cars were available. One month without a vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. If there aren’t enough loaners, more should be provided to meet customer needs. On top of that, communication was poor. The service agent was unresponsive, and when she did answer the phone, her tone was passive-aggressive instead of supportive. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up my car after a month, I noticed right on the spot that the coolant was low and had to immediately bring it back into the shop just to have the coolant topped off. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had—slow, unhelpful, careless, and with zero consideration for how much inconvenience it caused. More
