While we understand your concern, Its important to note that a schedule appointment sercures a place in our service queue, But it does not mean that the vehicle will be taken in and completed immediately upon arrival. Unlike local mechanic shops our dealership is required to follow strict manufacturer guidlines which include inspections, documentation and quality checks that ensure warranty compliance and long term vehicel care. These additional steps naturally extend service times compared to a quick service facility. Our goal is to always balance efficiency with thoroughness, and while wait times can sometimes be longer than expected, this process ensures every customer receives the highest standard of care for there vehicle. hank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that extended repair times can be very frustrating. In this case the delay was due to a multitude of issues, along with the time required to receive the necessary part(s) from the manufacturer. Also, another hold up was, we needed records of past services that Hyundai requested from you in order to cover your engine replacement , But we never recieved . Additionally, our dealership has a limited number of loaner vehicles, and unfortunately, they are not always available due to high demand. While we do our best to accomodate every customer, These constraints can sometimes extent the process.
