Dealt w/Holly in service. Very friendly & trustworthy. Just went in for an inspection & oil change. Only complaint, I had 8am appt & car wasn’t finished until 10am. I was SO IMPRESSED by the efficiency of the service center when I dropped off my car with an appointment and picked it up when it was ready. The reason that I am giving it 4 stars and not the full 5 is because I think that the service website needs to be updated or looked into so that the customer has an accurate understanding of what to expect. My car needed to have a recall done on some of the electrical components and they were only accepting appointments for this during the week. I figured I would bring my 2 kids and wait in the waiting room until it was done. I had reached out to my salesperson (Raven!!) from the dealership to ask her something a few days before the appointment and she informed me that the service process would take 5-6 hours on my car. That would be WAY too long to sit with kids! I had to figure out an alternate plan to make it work with my kids, but had I not reached out to my salesperson first, I would not have known. The website could be improved by one of the following: a) providing a time estimate for how long the process takes when the person makes an appointment (less than an hour, 1-5 hours, 5+ hours, etc) OR b) follow up with appointments after they're booked. The website asks if you are waiting there or dropping off. A courtesy call could be made to say "Hey, I see that you marked off you will be waiting here, but the process takes over 5 hours..." and that way people can make other arrangements. More

I brought the car in at 7:30 and said I needed it back by 3:00. Not only wasnt it ready at that time they never called and they didn't even fix the car. They said they had to order the part. 3:00. The service here is much better than another local Hyundai dealer that I had 2 really bad experiences with. The people here were very friendly, communicated effectively (gave me the appropriate wait Hyundai dealer that I had 2 really bad experiences with. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because the prices of additional services were a little higher than I expected and because I hate the feeling that because I don't know much about cars, I could be getting ripped off.
