After an oil change, the tech advisor, Jesse, told me that I have to pay $3000 for timing belt cover oil leak. Then, while I was questioning the issue and his explanation, the price dropped to $1500. I took my car to the dealership that usually services my car and the leak turned out to be an oil pan seal leak, which was covered by warranty and was fixed within an hour and a half. Such cramming techniques used by your tech advisors give your dealership a bad name. I will be driving past your dealership to the old place where my car is services honesty and with care. Even though a service mistake was made on my car, in the end I was pleased with the outcome.
