Frustrating They said they had recall part but after having my car for two days they finally said they were out of part and had ordered it. Your dealership is one of the most efficiently run and operated dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No time is wasted, yet, a customer, like myself is never feeling rushed or, the o operated dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No time is wasted, yet, a customer, like myself is never feeling rushed or, the opposite, neglected. My service rep, Russell M was terrific. The video feed sent to my phone regarding the inspection process was excellent. I live in Northern Wisconsin and I have to travel nearly 200 miles to get to the dealership that I bought my Hyundai at. They are very good, but, they don’t hold a candle to your dealership in Fort. Myers. Keep up the great customer service and I will probably see you next Winter. More
I brought my car in for 2 recalls. Unfortunately 1 involved an update to the nav system. At least a 2 week wait 😡 More
