Nightmare process. Came in to buy a car I saw online. Test drove, liked the car and went through whole purchase process. During signing of paperwork, I was presented with a borrowed vehicle agreement that I was asked to sign and after reading it was saying I was borrowing the vehicle that I went in to purchase and had a to be determined return date that was not filled in?!?! I refused to sign that as I didn’t understand why I would sign that for a car I was purchasing?! I was provided a xx answer that did not make sense that it was in case I had to come in for service that part of my deal I get a borrowed vehicle to take home while my car is being serviced and that I was singing that ahead of time to save time later?!? Made no sense and the car I would be borrowing would be filled in, NOT the car I was purchasing. I was told I did not need to sign it. I essentially Signed all paperwork except for that 1 and left a good faith deposit of $1,000 and to return later that week with the remainder of the deposit. Well when I returned later that week we had to REDO all paper work because I was initially being credited $4,000 which I was explained they couldn’t do because this used EV credit, although it was sold used, I was later told it was too new to get the $4,000 used EV credit and thus had to redo all paper work. Again a nightmare of a situation. Also, I was promised by multiple people at Hyundai, not my direct sales associates but multiple representatives said part of Hyundai’s Evs that I would get 1 free fast charge per day for the next 2 years at electrify America and was presented a flyer that outlined it was 3 years, they said cause it was used it would only be 2, after the fact because it was used, I went to sign up and found out that promotion through electrify America did not apply to the new 2024 Kona EV. Because of this incorrect information I was told, I wanted the equivalent cash or gift card value which would have been over $3,600 based on 1 fast charge every other day or over $7,000 if I used every day. I was given a type 2 home charger and $500 total gift cards, nice, but not even close to the $7,000 + electrify America charging value I should have received. So far, I love the car, but absolutely hated the experience. Ramond was great. More

They didn’t listen to me when I told them I only wanted the fuse replaced because of the recall and nothing else. Told them I had an appointment with my mechanic to deal with the abs light and to not waste the fuse replaced because of the recall and nothing else. Told them I had an appointment with my mechanic to deal with the abs light and to not waste my time trying to sell me anything. Two and a half hours later they bring out an estimate of 1400 dollars for a rear brake job and two sensors replaced, which is rediculous. told me they would have to order the fuse for the recall replacement, why do you schedule an appointment that requires a replacement and not have the parts. Dealerships are all the same, called before the appointment and wanted to appraise my car and to sell a new car. They wasted three and a half hours of my Friday. I’ve only bought one new car my entire life a 1984 Datsun pickup truck all others were used most bought at auction because dealers are such a ripoff. Now I have to go back again for a service that should have been done in one visit. More

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your car to a different location! I went in with an issue, explained the issue and how to recreate the issue. When they called me to the desk to tell me it was fixed I asked what was wrong and they told me. It didn’t seem right but they are the experts not me. I drive away and the problem was not fixed. They charged me $200 for something that wasn’t even a problem and didn’t actually fix the real problem. Then that night I was driving and noticed my headlights didn’t work. When I took it into the service department that morning they were in fact working. So I took it back the next day and told them. They replaced the headlights for free but tried gaslighting me into making me believe they didn’t break the lights when I know they did. 2 working headlights don’t just go out in one day. More
