I used to be very fond of this place and it felt like they cared about me and the car, now it feels like it’s about commission and making money. In the last 6 months I’ve taken my 2018 Tucson there for a they cared about me and the car, now it feels like it’s about commission and making money. In the last 6 months I’ve taken my 2018 Tucson there for a terrible noise and bad ride. It’s been there half a dozen times and I replaced everything recommended without a question. I take it there for an inspection now and told my brakes and tires fail.. why didn’t they see this during the time looking for my bad ride and terrible noise. I say ok, I’ll go do the brakes myself and come back to get new tires and another inspection. I went home to change the pads and rotors, to find they looked totally fine and I measured them with one of the scales to check them and I was double the legal limit for inspection which is grounds for a warning but not a fail. So I took it to another shop immediately who passed me with a warning that I should have them changed soon. Finding this company is becoming dishonest and looking for all the sales they can get. For whatever reason I don’t know but I will not be returning here again for sure. More

Mary spoke to me during my visit to let me know it will not be much longer. She offered me coffee and a snack bar when I first arrived. It wasn't much longer and my car was ready. Great service experience. All staff was friendly and courteous. Scott the service manager called me promptly before any work to discuss a coupon I had dropped off, eliminating any surprise charges or ex courteous. Had service done on my car and the service and parts department were great and they were helpful and knowledgeable. The price was nice too and the multi-point inspection was a great free addition. An Unexpected Journey I didn't enter the dealership to purchase a vehicle, I was just picking up something from my husband who was there to service his car. But, a beautifu I didn't enter the dealership to purchase a vehicle, I was just picking up something from my husband who was there to service his car. But, a beautiful black Santa Fe caught my eye. From the first interaction with Sean to the last, it was completely low pressure. But, he had all the answers to all my questions and quite frankly made it easy for me to say yes to this beautiful car. As my husband said that night.."He is a master of his craft." I had to return the following day to finish up the paperwork and finance. I then had the pleasure of working with Mark Bouley and Brian Battersby. Mark taught me how to use everything in my new car and made it easy to finish the deal. He was wonderful to my daughter too. Brian answered all my questions and made the sometimes scary part....the financing....a piece of cake. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to a long relationship with a great dealership. More
Beware -- I was told I needed new rear brakes just weeks after my state inspection. I refused to have the work down even though the mechanic told me he hates to see people drive their car with brakes as ba after my state inspection. I went went for a second opinion and was told my rear brakes were just fine. After going back to Hyundai of Keene I was informed that the mechanic lied, apparently he was going through a break-up and need extra cash. And that was just one of my problems. Since my car is under warranty I had no choice but to continue to go. They are nice and friendly, but don't be fooled. They lie and it is a pattern. They will fix your problems and add a few as well -- every time. More

Chris approached us for help and we said we were all set. we went back in to dealership and then decided to purchase a new ve for sale while waiting.
