My car was towed to the service department on a Saturday because it just cut off in the middle of driving. On Monday I called to see if they had serviced it to find out what was wrong, and they said that it because it just cut off in the middle of driving. I then had it picked up and towed to another mechanic that said my motor had locked up that there was no oil in it. I had not long had an oil change so why do I not have oil and there were no leaks. I have routine maintenance on my vehicle and could not understand why there was no oil in it and why I did not get warning signs of low oil pressure, and wondering if they had done something on my last visit to have the ignition switch replaced which took 7 weeks to get my car back. Now I can't get them to even answer the phone. DO NO...I repeat DO NOT...Take you car to this place. I am seeking options in this matter. More
