I recently moved to St. Augustine Fl., and experienced a problem with my AC. Calling a dealer wasn't my first choice due to issues in the past. My car was fixed in a timley fashion, they provided transportation while it was worked on. I plan to return for other services. More

MY WIFE AND I WERE SHOPPING FOR A NEW HYUNDAI, SONATA, GLS IRIDESCENT BLUE-PEARL, AND HAD DONE MUCH RESEARCH ONLINE BEFORE SELECTING A DEALER AND INVENTORY STOCKS. TWO DEALERS WERE IN OUR AREA, AND WE DEC GLS IRIDESCENT BLUE-PEARL, AND HAD DONE MUCH RESEARCH ONLINE BEFORE SELECTING A DEALER AND INVENTORY STOCKS. TWO DEALERS WERE IN OUR AREA, AND WE DECIDED ON ST. AUG. WE RECEIVED THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD BY DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, IN PARTICULAR WITH OUR SALESMAN, PAUL SMATHERS. THE FINANCE MANAGER, AS WELL, TREATED US IN FINE MANNER. AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, AND WILL PASS THIS ON, MY SIFE AND I ARE IN OUR 60'S NOW AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS FAR AND ABOVE, MORE PLEASANT, THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP WE HAVE EVER HAD OR COULD EXPECT. Kyle was great to work with and very knowledgeable about my car's hybrid technology. I had originally inquired about a 2011 Hybrid back in December 2011 but did not make a decision to buy. Based upon his knowledge and the fact he is a young veteran I decided if I was going to buy a car I would buy through him and the St. Augustine dealership. I check with both Jacksonville dealerships and St. Augustine had better prices and better service. I liked the fact that if Kyle didn't have the exact answer to my question he it always get it and call me back on a timely basis. We were looking to purchase a new car and was undecided as to what we wanted to go with. We went to three different dealerships (Hyundai) being one of them. We were so impressed with the way we were tre as to what we wanted to go with. We went to three different dealerships (Hyundai) being one of them. There was no pressure, you totally got the feeling they were not pressuring you to buy anything but they were there to show us their product and answer any questions we had. Some of the other dealers you had the manager following you to tyour car still trying to get you to buy TODAY. Darryl Clark was the employee we happened to be received by upon our arrival. We cannot say enough about how much he impressed us. He was first class and made you feel you were important to him but did not pressure us in anyway. It was because of Darryl and the way he treated us that we spent more time going over and driving the various Hyundai cars. He was very patient with us as we made up our mind and when we did decide he worked with us to get us the very best price for our beautiful new car. After my son bought a new Veloster I was so impressed with the vehicle and Paul Smather's personality that I considered getting the same vehicle. When we were ready to get a car, I called the Hyundai dealership and they said he went to the St Augustine dealership. Of all the different dealerships we when to looking at cars. I knew we would drive all the way from north Jacksonville to St. Augustine to work with Ron. He was excellent, not pushy and very friendly.
