I am 75 years old and have been buying automobiles for many many years and I never was in a dealership that was eager to help you without being pushy or telling you the deal is only good for today only.My wife and I went home and decided what model to buy and went back two days latter and drove out with our new car.

This was the most pleasurable buying experience. Everyone here is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. They will bend over backwards to make the process swift, and I was done in less than an hour!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to puchase a Hyundai!!!!

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I am 68 years old and this was the 22nd new auto purchase I have made. Most of my experiences over the years have been the kind I would prefer to forget. This one at Hyundai of St. Augustine was different. Everyone I met in the dealership (from the salesman to the sales manager, to finance and the owner) was friendly and professional, displaying a desire to earn my business and trust. They did, in fact, achieve that goal. The negotiating process was fair and professional. I left the dealership with the car that I had pre-selected via the Internet. I feel that the price for the new car and the allowance for my trade-in were both in the area I went to the dealership expecting. I live in Jacksonville and there are two Hyundai dealers much closer to me than Hyundai of St. Augustine, but my Internet shopping experience made me decide to drive the extra distance and I have no regrets. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

The Sales Associate that worked with me new a lot about the car that I was looking at.
I could not believe how nice the owner was to me he spent some time with me just talking, which I have not had that from any other dealer.
Joe went over all the functions of the car.
The St Augustine Hyundai Dealer was the best I have dealt with since I stared buying cars

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I first spoke with Ryne, he was friendly and helpful and understood that I had to do most of the communications over the phone due to my work. He was not pushy and told me exactly what was happening. He found the exact Santa Fe I wanted down to the color. There was no pressure and everything he told me was just that way.
Then I worked with Jimmy the Sales manager. He did everything except bend over backwards to get the payments I wanted. No hassels no double talk, just the truth.
I was so pleased with this dealership, I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for a great buying experience!! It was actually a pleasure!

the entire experiance in working with this dealership was pleasant and professional from A thru Z. No double talk. The test ride was long enough to allow one to really get the feel for the car,as opposed to other "around the block' rides I have taken. I would buy another vehicle form this dealership.

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
My husband and I have been reviewing several makes and models of new SUVs and narrowed down our research for a new car to a Santa Fe SE. He corresponded with Richard at Hyundai of St. Augustine via email and believed we had found a potential car to look at; it wasn't quite the same color that we wanted, but was a possible match. When we drove up to look at the car, it was not the color we thought it was and the right options. However, there was an upgraded model (Limited) that we actually liked better and ended up buying. To commensate us for the fact that we had driven about an hour for a car that turned out not to be what we thought it was, Jimmy worked up a price for the Limited and it turned out to be a great deal. We've had the car two days now and could not be happier. This is the first time we've dealt with this dealership and were very happy with the process. Would recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated fairly and honestly.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Hyundai of St. Augustine, Particularly Roosevelt & Andrew.
My son was looking to buy a used car with a spacific budget in mind, since my experience a year ago was great when purchasing my new Genisis, I suggested that my son go there before making a descission to purchase elseware. Again, in great style the people at Hyundai of St Augustine came through with flying colors, just as I expected!
My son was a able to purchase a newer model, with more options, and fewer miles, and stay within his allotted budget. Roosevelt, was very helpful, with my son's purchase, never did he try to up sell him to a bigger payment, he just respected my sons wishes and showed him what he could provide within his budget.
Thank you Roosevelt for making my son's 1st purchase, on his own, such a pleasurable experience for him. That is all he could talk about at dinner, how they respected his budget, helped him selecting a car within that budget, and in general just a pleasurable place to do business.
My hat is off to you Andrew and Roosevelt for running a first class operation, Mercedes Benz could take alesson from you guys, how you operate. Rest assured our next purchase will be from Hyundai of St Augustine, thnak you all again in being so helpful to my son!!

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I walked into the dealership today with a budget set in my mind and an idea of what that budget could get me. After dealing with Roosevelt for no longer than 20 minutes he got me a payment in my budget with a car that had more options, and a newer year model than I was expecting I could purchase. The whole buying process was extremely easy and smooth, there was no hidden fees or last minute number changes before I signed the contract. Everything about today at Hyundai of St. Augustine was perfect. Roosevelt is a great salesperson!



Recap: I got a great car, for a great price with an extremly friendly,helpful and knowledgeable salesman.
