My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front license plate holder install -- was excellent as well. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. Andrew was also very caring and friendly, and made certain that his staff had treated us well. All in all, I would have no problem recommending Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. The product speaks for itself, but the experience at the dealer certainly facilitated our decision to do business here.

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
My wife and I were in the market for a used car. We had found a very nice '06 Milan at the local Lincoln/Mercury dealer in Jacksonville, but the price was too high and the sales and staff were very pushy. My wife found online nearly the exact same vehicle. Within 5,000 miles, same color, trim, interior, and options. It was even in better shape! The asking price was $4000 less then the negotiated price at the bigger dealer, and they even came down on that and gave me a better trade SITE UNSEEN. Then, and this tops it off, Richard drove the car up from St Aug to my work in Jacksonville for an hour long test drive. We loved the car and settled the OTD price without ANY hassles. They dropped the car off on Saturday in Orange Park where we live, and on Monday we drove down to sign the papers. To top it off, we had the deal completed in 15 minutes and only had to wait while they meticulously detailed and fueled the car for us. The staff is all extremely nice and never did we feel the slightest pressure to make a deal. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I've had my share of forgettable car deals, but this one has restored my faith.
From the moment I walked into the showroom until the time I drove off with a new Genesis Coupe, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most important, cordial and friendly. I experienced a completely no-pressure deal, which would have been unnecessary since this car sold itself.
Although I had to wait several weeks for delivery of the particular car I wanted, I am thoroughly satisfied with the entire transaction.
And, let me add, with its stylish looks, great handling, a host of standard features and a very high fun-to-dollar ratio, I love this car!

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
My family and I all own Hyundai's. However, we bought them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location was not there yet) like my husband did. He just purchased a new Genesis from Eddie and the Hyundai staff. He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service.

I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department.

If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, check out Hyundai of St. Augustine! They are great people who care, which is rare nowadays!!

I am 75 years old and have been buying automobiles for many many years and I never was in a dealership that was eager to help you without being pushy or telling you the deal is only good for today only.My wife and I went home and decided what model to buy and went back two days latter and drove out with our new car.

This was the most pleasurable buying experience. Everyone here is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. They will bend over backwards to make the process swift, and I was done in less than an hour!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to puchase a Hyundai!!!!

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I am 68 years old and this was the 22nd new auto purchase I have made. Most of my experiences over the years have been the kind I would prefer to forget. This one at Hyundai of St. Augustine was different. Everyone I met in the dealership (from the salesman to the sales manager, to finance and the owner) was friendly and professional, displaying a desire to earn my business and trust. They did, in fact, achieve that goal. The negotiating process was fair and professional. I left the dealership with the car that I had pre-selected via the Internet. I feel that the price for the new car and the allowance for my trade-in were both in the area I went to the dealership expecting. I live in Jacksonville and there are two Hyundai dealers much closer to me than Hyundai of St. Augustine, but my Internet shopping experience made me decide to drive the extra distance and I have no regrets. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

The Sales Associate that worked with me new a lot about the car that I was looking at.
I could not believe how nice the owner was to me he spent some time with me just talking, which I have not had that from any other dealer.
Joe went over all the functions of the car.
The St Augustine Hyundai Dealer was the best I have dealt with since I stared buying cars

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
I first spoke with Ryne, he was friendly and helpful and understood that I had to do most of the communications over the phone due to my work. He was not pushy and told me exactly what was happening. He found the exact Santa Fe I wanted down to the color. There was no pressure and everything he told me was just that way.
Then I worked with Jimmy the Sales manager. He did everything except bend over backwards to get the payments I wanted. No hassels no double talk, just the truth.
I was so pleased with this dealership, I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for a great buying experience!! It was actually a pleasure!

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
the entire experiance in working with this dealership was pleasant and professional from A thru Z. No double talk. The test ride was long enough to allow one to really get the feel for the car,as opposed to other "around the block' rides I have taken. I would buy another vehicle form this dealership.
