My car came back exactly as it was before service. Exhaust pipe still makes the same noise as before, air conditioner still has the same strong smell and they returned it with so much dust, didn’t eve Exhaust pipe still makes the same noise as before, air conditioner still has the same strong smell and they returned it with so much dust, didn’t even cleaned it after 10 days in a patio. Misinformation as to what services were actually performed. I did not receive any invoice detailing what was done to the car and the service department gave me contradictory info regarding what parts were replaced over the phone. More

Anthony made my visit to Hyundai very easy and relaxed. He explained everything the techs found and was most important to be done and could wait a little while. He never made me feel stressed or bad for ch He explained everything the techs found and was most important to be done and could wait a little while. He never made me feel stressed or bad for choosing not to have a service performed. He kept me updated as to the status of my vehicle and even had it washed for me because he saw that it was dirty since I had been behind a truck carrying limestone! I also got the chance to see and chat with my salesperson Robb. He always takes the time to stop and say hi when he sees me in the lobby. It’s people like Anthony and Robb that make the hour plus drive to Hyundai worth the trip! More
